Sooo stopped by for drinks my server was pretty cool sat out on the patio. The only thing I didn't like was that she said we had to order food in order to keep being served and I only wanted to stop in to try the Halloween drink so I want thrilled about that. Especially since I have served before and the customer is always right. We still tipped her but I felt like it just dampened the experience a bit for me.

Best Chili's in Houston! Our food was perfect! Every employee was kind, pleasant and accommodating to our needs! Our server was THE BEST! She made sure our drinks were filled and my daughter had all the ranch dressing she needed!

Chili’s recently took veggie fajitas off their menu. But no worries here because Tay and the manager at this location hooked me up. Went great with the black beans, guac, and salsa! Thank you for the great service!

The staff here was so bomb! They were warm and inviting, attending to all our needs. The ambiance is fun and carefree, perfect for gathering with friends. The food, you can’t go wrong with the triple dipper. But that Mexican corn… O M G that’s the star of the show. I have to have it every time I go. I also love their chili! @MissMo2323

The deal 3 for $10 is a good deal. The food was surprisingly good. The waiter was so nice and friendly! I just came during a busy time. Otherwise, i would have given it a higher score.

Sat at the bar yesterday and she was great (lady with red hair)!! shes really good at her job as i watched because the kitchen was the issue, they took forever! Next the kitchen ruined my entire meal after such a long wait, the steak was bleeding yet I asked for well done. The manager was called (older black man) and he was right on top of it! Meal was made again and properly! Everyone was professional and really chill. I will return.

I decided to order pick up from this Chili and I was not dissapointed. No food was soggy and all of the food came warm. They did forget my utensils but I can let that slide as it is a small error. I plan to order out again from this location and I recommend this location!

The food was great. But it took so long for them to bring my friend’s food I was done with my order before he got his. I just wished we could have gotten our meals at the same time

Rocky was our server and she was amazing!! She checked on us often, was professionally dressed, talked to us and was super friendly, complimented us, offered us the different “specials” they had, and mentioned the most popular things on the menu! She knew the menu inside and out! She even gave us chips and salsa because we were still waiting for the rest of our party!

Good location. Usually pick up to go. They get the order right everytime. Food is hot when I get home. The customer service is always above and beyond. Even when they're running behind, they offer something to drink. It's the little things. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Been here a bunch of times ..always decent service. Came for reverse happy hour tonight. Most folks in masks ..all the employees were at least. Food was decent for the price. Corn on the cob was underdone but got a new one pretty quickly. Got the chicken crispers and fries and baked potato soup on the 3 for $10. I'll try the margarita of the month next time around.

Food and service were top notch the only reason it's four starts is because the place itself was kinda messy. Specially the restrooms. Overall I was very happy with the food and the quality service we had from Kathena. We sat at the bar this location is huge. It had three different areas to eat plus a patio.
