Wow. Another excellent noodle soup & more restaurant. Of course, I always get the noodle soup. I got the fried tofu noodle soup in beef broth. The broth was excellent & full of flavor. No need for any sauces. The restaurant is big with lots of seating. Very clean! The customer service is quick and
The pho broth is very light, not heavy or very sweet. It has just the right touch of season. The egg roll have a different wrap compare to other restaurant I have been too. Not too crispy. The Fried rice is on point. Not dark but very light. Not sticky and it is the small rice. The lighting
Best Banh Mi Sandwiches near downtown Houston!! I've been coming here for years and I miss the Authenitic Vietnamese food here. Got the chance to stop in last week. I was sooo happy!
Hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in Midtown. They've been around since the early 90s, originally in the building where the Rise Rooftop bar now stands. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu, really. My personal go to favorite is the Com Dau Hu Luc Lac dish (rice with wok seared tof
Every time me and my family come in we not only get welcomed and sit at a table right away but the food is so GOOD! The Sauteed beef sandwiches are great, egg rolls with fish sauce wrapped in lettuce is awesome and the Vermicelli is awesome! I also get a tropical smoothie which is the cherry on top
Loved this no frills restaurant. It has a diner feel but the food was better than diner quality. We enjoyed their Bahn Xeo and Bun Bo Hue. Their Duck Salad was also really tasty with lean and tender meat and a mountain of cabbage. Highly recommend!
Delicious place for Vietnamese food - sandwiches, rice plates, soups, and appetizers (including the delicious looking crepe!). Had the pork and rice plate, with an appetizer of spring rolls. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of seating and parking.
An authentic Vietnamese restaurant with a classic feel and delicious food. The banh xeo is fantastic as expected, and the bun thịt nướng is delicious (though the meat amount was less than I hoped for). The prices are fair and they have a good range of choices of dishes. The bánh xèo is definitely th
Banh mi with grilled pork was very dry but affordable. Plenty of parking.
Ordered delivery and the bahn mi was so flavorful! The chicken was very tender and juicy and the bread used was perfect mix of soft interior and crunchy exterior. Wonton soup also had lots of onions in it which were delicious.
Enjoyed my meal here! The service was fairly quick. It was my first time trying Vietnamese sandwiches and I’m glad I did. I had the sandwich with pork and egg, very tasty and made with fresh ingredients!!
Thien An was ironically out of sandwiches (banh mi) when we visited. It was OK with us really because we came there to get one of their real show stopper Vietnamese dishes, Banh Xeo. Service was a bit busy but we got our order in good timing. One thing I wish the business would invest in would be t
I love this place for great Vietnamese food outside of Chinatown. Good pho, good bo luc lac, and great rice. Would recommend for anyone in the medical center ish area
Really read tasty bahn mi and spring rolls. The bread was delicious, adding the fried egg is a must!
One of the best shrimp spring rolls I've ever eaten. Little pricey but thier size and quality make up for it. Wrapper is thin and all the ingredients are fresh. The sandwich bread was a little harder then usual but the ingredients were very tasty. Price was a little on the higher end but we'll worth
The pho was delicious. The crepe was pretty good too.
Solid meal for a good price. Got the spring rolls, pork bahn mi, bun bo hue, and combo pho. Nice crunchy bread + flavorful pork on the sandwich. Good depth of flavor for the soup broths. Spring rolls were just OK, they fell apart as you started to eat them.
I came in for the banh xeo but stayed for everything else. The banh xeo is well documented in reviews for this restaurant so I had to get this. It is huge, thin and crispy with pork, shrimp, mung beans, and bean sprouts. The top portion was nice and crispy and great flavor to wrap in the veggies
