This Mod Pizza is a vibe. I was there on 11/24/23, the staff were amazing. They had excellent customer service. Energy in the whole place was great for a late evening. They hooked me up with the app to get my free rewards. No Name Cake brings me pure joy. Now to top it off, the pizza was the bomb dot com and the blackberry lemonade OMG! This is my favorite Mod Pizza in Houston.

Management I ask again please promote or give a raise to the staff. I had the pleasure of being waiting on by Jeremy and Misty today and they are truly a master at what they do. I ordered pizza, salad and garlic bread today and it's all so beautiful and delicious. Management please listen to what the customers has to say about the staff because I believe that matters most. Once again they should be promoted and given a raise, maybe to train other staff. They deserve it oh and they both kept a smile upon their faces

MOD Pizza: A Pizza Playground for People Who Love Pizza
I love pizza, like, really, really love pizza. I've tried pizza from all over the place, but MOD Pizza is one of my favorites.
The thing I love most about MOD Pizza is that you can build your own pizza. They have a ton of different toppings to choose from, so you can get as creative as you want. I love anchovies on my pizza, and MOD Pizza is one of the few places where I can get fresh anchovies.
I recently went to the MOD Pizza on Westheimer, and it was awesome. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they made my pizza exactly the way I wanted it. I made my beloved pizza with 3 cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, and blue cheese) and pepperoni. The pizza was delicious, and the crust was perfectly baked.
I will definitely be going back to MOD Pizza soon. It's the perfect place to get a delicious, custom-made pizza.

I gotta say, since this new team has started these past few months, it has been exceptional! The pizzas are beautiful, ingredients are evenly placed, you're not bothering them to ask for something in a light amount, etc.. kudos to the team and manager.

Misty gave great service, had a small error with the pizza sauce but she was super apologetic in which mistakes happen I understood.she offered to remake the pizza and did so she was super kind , polite and knowledgeable about the tiny mistake before I even noticed. Thank you for the kind service and sweet attitude. You really blessed me . We need more people in the world with her customer service. Love coming to this location they always work hard and take good care of the customers.

I really like the smart piece of place since they have so many vegetarian options and it's kind of like a Subway place where you can pick and choose. They're also pretty fast. I do wish they would bring back their ricotta cheese. I often ask them to change their plastic gloves before they make my order and they all is happily complied. So I do like going back to the place from time to time. Their pizzas are often pretty tasty for a nominal cost highly recommended in this area.

It was my first time eating here and my coworkers suggested it…Let me tell u the customer service was amazing and I was being a little needy with the cutting of my pizza and being slightly toasted. Virginia went above and beyond my expectations!!! She even had me signup on the app to start receiving points. Thank you Virginia for your excellent customer service!!! 🤗
