Saw a band play on Thursday night. Good sound quality and comfortable seating at the tables. The beer was good and cold. Easy on and off for the highway and their parking lot was well lit.

Rustic and quaint, but I would not go back for a few reasons. The staff was polite enough, no issues there which is why I did two stars instead of one. You were able to choose from a selection of three sodas. Maybe that’s a fluke and they were out, but that was odd to me. The picnic table seats are narrow, as is the table, so seating was somewhat uncomfortable. The small porch area outside has two loose boards that are pretty hazardous, especially for women in heels. My friend sat on the bench and and was stabbed by a staple sticking out of the building, so that wasn’t pleasant. However, the main reason I will never return is because I will not give my business to someone who charges for water, which is a basic human need. Not only do they charge for water, they have the nerve to charge $1.75 for a plastic cup of tap water. I could see a small charge of $.75 to cover the cost of the cup, but as someone who serves alcohol, they have a responsibility to make sure their patrons drink safely and staying hydrated is essential to prevent intoxication. Not only that, they had the nerve to charge a member of the band that was playing and bringing patrons for them. The band member that was the reason I knew of the establishment to begin with. Not a smart business move.

My staff and I had the pleasure of being hosted at the Firehouse Saloon for our "Wesley Hunt for Congress Victory Party" and we could not have picked a better place! The staff was super nice and helpful, beers were cold and the space was perfect to host a couple hundred people and not feel crammed. We were able to watch the live feed from Fox News and set everything up on a laptop with no difficulties. Everyone had a great time watching the numbers come in and celebrating Wesley’s win! We can’t wait to be back in November!

It was super hot when we went. The ac was not cooling at all. Plus the drinks were expensive too. The total for a beer and a bottle of water was like $9. Later when I asked for a cup of (tap) water the bartender said no and I would have to buy a bottle of water. Like really? For $2.50 I can buy a case of water somewhere else. Really should not have tipped him after already paying $9 for a beer and water earlier. Wild west nearby is so much better. Firehouse Saloon has a small dance floor and the restroom is gross. Will not be going back to this place again. For a fun time at a country bar go to Wild West, Stampede, or Big Texas. The atmosphere at those places are better and cheaper too for the same exact beer, wine, or whatever you want, even during non happy hour.

I love the Firehouse Saloon! Excellent music, excellent waitstaff, super friendly people. You are able to see the artists up close and personal and there is also a dance floor to kick up your heels. This is a great venue for a wonderful evening out. Thank you Firehouse Saloon :)

Went to the Firehouse Saloon for the first time tonight. First walking in it has a really nice vibe and atmosphere. Surprised about such a cool country bar in the city of Houston. The bands we're awesome drinks were a little pricey but at least they were strong. Only issue I had was when I go to a dance hall I'm there to dance. Dance floor was more or less sticky due to people, drunk carrying drinks on the dance floor and spilling them. Dance floor definitely needs some attention and made to were you can slide. Other than that the place was awesome.

My first time to go there. I came very early. No unwanted smells! Restroom was clean. I liked the furnishings, plenty of tables and stools. Big place for the bands and sound was great. Our fundraiser went off well for our nonprofit.
