Gilbert is a humble, resilient business owner who has stuck through the ups and downs of downtown Houston. The food is worth every penny. I was able to meet with Gilbert and try items from the menu. If you are downtown, give his spot your support.
The burgers were great! The atmosphere is calm. The owner was very nice and catered to every need or detail on our order. Offers tap/Apple Pay. I had the 1/3 lb cheeseburger. Buns are toasted and add extra flavor!

1st visit & LOVED it! The owner was so nice & hospitable. The burgers are so huge as well as a serving of fries, that myself & guest had to take half of everything home. And it was so darn GOOD! If you're staying at the Hyatt, this joint is directly across the street.
Look, I’ve had better and fancier burgers in my life. But this is the only burger I actively have a craving for, and was the only thing I missed while working from home for the past year. This is the highest and best form for a homestyle burger joint. You won’t be disappointed.

Great service and burger was good. Multiple types of ketchup. However they close very early so lunch is best option to catch them open and no you cannot pay them on Tuesday for a hamburger today lol.
