Exceeded my expectations.
I was able to find a table quick, server was friendly and prompt, order was taken soon, food came out quickly, the burgers and fries were delicious. Total cost with tip was reasonable.
5/5 experience for a stress-free and chill dinner
Chili's is very consistent in regards to food quality. They are always good. This is not a five star restaurant, but that is not their objective. They consistently serve good food at great prices.
I was there Tuesday around 1pm. Diamond was very sweet. She stated was NEW but was very confident, was patience, and showed empathy. The two gentlemen there also were very nice. They worked as a team to help one another while restaurant was getting busy.
I haven't visited Chili's 🌶️ in over five years. I was pleasantly surprised today. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was cooked to perfection. The service was excellent. The prices were fair. I'll make sure I don't take so long to visit again.
We went on a late Saturday evening. We were seated in a back area, but received quick service and our food came out super fast 😳 😀. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and it was OK. It had more peppers and onions than steak and was pretty messy. However, the Berry Tea and Lemonade drink I had was very good 👍🏽.
Serves very good Texas Mexican fusion food. Loved their classic sirloin and the chilli soup.
This started as a bad experience with left out items from the delivery. But I called the restaurant and Ron (the GM) gave me a refund, spoke to me like a real person, and absolutely went above & beyond to make sure I was a happy customer after it was all said & done. I told him and I’m telling you, he saved the day with his WOW service and I will continue to be a customer of this Chilis! THANK YOU RON!

My experience at this Chillis was very good. We went to another chillis (10001 Westheimer Rd) that treated us horribly, so we drove to this one. It was the best decision. The super friendly waiter, the fast food and the order was exactly as ordered, although we were 14 people. Good space for groups.
Best service ever Brandi. She took care of mostly everything with little help. She was pleasant and professional. The food was fresh, hot cooked to order. I do recommend you get out and enjoy. Chili’s is a good place to start! Thank you Brandi,
