We had a private party here for my mom. The staff was great. They provided us with waiters and served the food (buffet style) and drinks to everyone. The manager was very acoomodating and added 2 more tables and chairs for our party. Everyone had a great time and there was so much food we had left overs even though we ordered food for 40 and had 60 guests. The price was perfect for what we had in mind. We would recommend this to anyone. They even provided music for the party. Thank you to Nery the manager for making it a very successful party.

I've always believed that you can tell how a Mexican restaurant is by the salsa they serve you. Their salsa is amazing and because of that so is the food. I come here at least once a week. Good solid TexMex spot. They have Comcast Sports Net, so you can go and watch the Rockets games here, the TVs can be seen from most tables and they have a bar area, although it only seats about 6 people.
Staff is helpful and polite, and the food is outstanding. Huge selection of entrees and specialty drinks.

This restaurant is worth the trip. My friend and I were seated right away. The service was fabulous! The tableside quacamole was excellent, as were the fajitas (very tender). The tortillas were the best I've ever eaten. They really do treat their customers right here!

I attended a prayer breakfast with approximately 60 people. The food was outstanding and the service was top notch. They went above and beyond for our group. I’ll make it back to this location with friends and family for sure.

The food is always good and consistent. We had the same server we had a year ago and remembered me. He should have, I accidentally put a 20% tip on the check that had a 18% tip automatically added to it because we were a party of 8 giving him a total tip of about $40. bucks. This time I triple checked the bill and tipped appropriately.

It was awful. We visit this restaurant frequently but have never had an experience this bad. First of all, our waitress had been over seated. She was wonderful but had more tables than she should. When our food came out it was obvious that it had been sitting there a while. To make matters worse, they served it to another table. They didn't seem to understand why we were upset. The manager was no help either. We were very disappointed with this visit.

We were there following the funeral for my sister in law. We had a private room. The staff even allowed us to use the TV in that room to slide show pictures. The food was served quickly, and was delicious. We all felt we had a very positive experience at Los Cucos. We plan to return soon. Thank you for helping us on a very difficult day.

Love to go on Monday or Tuesday for margarita special. But their food is really good and fresh. I usually judge a Mexican restaurant by their hot sauce too. Theirs is great and I love it more because they serve it warm. Green sauce is good too.

Called three times over the course of an hour on my way here to place a to-go order and no one answered. When I arrived the server at the counter (who was taking someone’s order on the phone when I walked in) told me he would not take my order because it was not his job. He told me he would send someone. I watched him and four other servers hang out by the register. They all saw me and no one decided to come over in the five minutes I was waiting. Restaurant was not at all busy. Watched a server on her phone as she was taking drinks to a table. I recently moved around the corner from here and was excited to be close to a Los Cucos, but I will never come back to this location. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here. Told my friends/neighbors and they said that’s the reason they go to the other Mexican Restaurant in the same shopping center.

My last two visits in 6 months were not impressive like the way I remembered Cucos of old. It was not my choice to eat there.
But now I can see improvement. I had enchiladas verdes con pollo. The chicken was moist & tender & the Verde sauce was delicious. The rice was done nicely.
The waiter service has gotten better , but it still has room for improvement. They didn't get lost and dissappear as my last visit.
I'm a retired chef & I've always said why should I pay for food that is not as good or better than mine. Then I'm not impressed. It was good & I like it. I was impressed.
