I found this restaurant via Door Dash. I ordered the vermicelli bowl and peach melon tea. Today was my third time ordering the vermicelli bowl but I believe the beef has hairs on it and in the dish. I'm so off put as I am halfway through the plate and noticing it. š«š¤¢ The flavors are great but I expect better food handling.
UPDATE: As you can see in the response they let me know that it was lemongrass and quickly made me a new dish of my choice. Very grateful for the clarity and customer service! Hopefully they return to the old recipe š

Food was great everything was super super good and nothing was under cooked or over undercooked it was perfect and boba tea too We ordered Lemongrass Chicken, 6 steamed dumplings, House Beef Curry, Birds Nest Combination and Wonton Soup.

Iāve been eating here since they opened years ago, the quality of the food has been consistent for the most part. There are lots of new employees so service can be hit or miss especially around lunch time. I usually just ask for the check after I get my food so Iām not waiting later. Iāve overheard multiple customers make comments on the carpet and tables, both need to be replaced as the carpet is pretty old and the tables finish has become gummy to the touch. The beef stew was inconsistent years ago but theyāve improved it, now itās one of my favorites.

First time here. I was craving shrimp fried rice. I Was seated in a timely manner. I ordered Shrimp and broccoli with fried rice. It was good and hot. I did notice that a couple of bottles on the table hadn't been cleaned thoroughly and there was a fruit fly circling. Thank God I didn't see it until after I ate. You are seated every other table and servers are wearing masks as well.

All the restaurant personnel I interacted with were friendly.
Will definitely come back to this restaurant in the near future.
**The only downside is that they still use styrofoam packing for the to-go meals.**
We are almost late to be more conscious about World pollution. Styrofoam never degrades in nature, and cannot be recycled.

Food is delicious. I had the cold pork spring roll and the steak and brisket pho. My sis had a vermicelli bowl which she said she would definitely get again. Place is clean and neat. Our server was great, he was kind and polite and offered us recommendations. Definitely going to be one of my to go's from now on.

Service is great even when busy. If your in a rush. A courtesy reminder will go along way. Smoothies and teas are great and natural tasting bit sweet. Nothing water can't help for those who don't like super sweet. Spring rolls are nicely grilled items.

Combination Pho and egg rolls everything was pretty good. Passed on the lunch special bit it looked appetizing but not filling enough for me

Good food. Not too busy at the start of lunch but picked up closer to 12. The egg rolls and dumplings are so delicious! I did not have it but I saw a lot of people eating the phĆ². The sauces they brought out were divine.

I hope this is an isolated case of low-quality food. Iāve never had a problem before, but in recent orders to go, the food is not the same. This order appears to have foreign particles looking like tiny hairs all over the meat. I threw it away, but I hope this raises awareness and food is handled/prepared in proper conditions.

The food here is delicious, but the place could be a bit more clean overall. The drinks are also awesome and for the price I'd say this place is a definitely something you'd wanna try
