Just visited this lovely tea shop for the first time today! This was the perfect location for a bridal shower! The decor and ambiance were classic English tea party/girls' afternoon out! The food was fantastic...delicious finger sandwiches, scones, and strawberries with cream! Highly recommend!
We had an awesome tea party celebrating my daughter's 29th birthday. Mary Is just the best, she make "My Cup of Tea" a gem. We are already planning our next tea party!!
Absolutely beautiful place, great service, wonderful food and tea!! This is an unmatched venue! They were also able to provide gf options - the desserts were so good, I nearly cried because I haven't had an actual dessert in I can't say how long. Thank you for a memorable experience!
I absolutely love this tea cafe. It’s always decorated so cute, and the food is always top notch. The owner is SO SWEET and does everything she can to accommodate every dietary need and preference. The shop also has some really cute things for sale with good prices.
This place is a little gem! The perfect setting for any ladies gathering you can imagine. We came together for a Baby "Sprinkle" and everything was wonderful. From the moment you step through the door, you leave the hustle and bustle of Houston behind and you step into a cozy world of elegance and refined beauty. The owner and her employees are so accommodating and friendly. The tea is plentiful and soothing. The food is divine. By the time the end of our event grew near, we were already brainstorming new events that would bring us back to Your Cup of Tea. Make sure you spend some time examining the owner's unique collection of curated art that decorates the space before you leave.
We had a private tea party and it was so worth it. Cindy was a gracious and sweet hostess. We were thrilled with the charming and cozy atmosphere . It felt like a home more than a restaurant. The tea matched well with our sandwiches and pastries. Thank you and we will definitely refer our friends here.
This place is OVER THE TOP! The atmosphere was awesome, the service was fantastic! If you're thinking of having a Tea Party you'll want to contact Cindy the owner to plan a great event. When you walk into the place it will take you to England. The teas, sandwiches and desserts were simply delicious. You will never ever forget your experience once you enter this place. The Texas Jewels Chapter of the Red Hats Society had a DELIGHTFUL and WONDERFUL time. We will definitely go again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5 STARS
"Your Cup of Tea" is absolutely delightful. The proprietor is as gracious as can be and provides a gorgeous setting full of delightful and whimsical things. The food was delicious and the tea selection impressive. Altogether it was a lovely experience we would highly recommend.
Booked a private party at Your Cup of Tea for my sister’s baby shower and it couldn’t have gone more perfect! Cindi and her staff were so sweet and attentive, the food was excellent, and the pricing was very fair. Everyone had a great time, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely event for the ladies!
This is a destination every woman in Houston should make! Don't let the fact that this place is in a strip mall detour you from booking a private event. This is truly a gem. It's worth more than 5 stars and if you're able to book here, be extremely grateful it wasn't priced at twice the rate because it's worth that! Want to feel like a queen, go here. It's gorgeous inside and gives you an opportunity to practice those tea party skills you practiced as a little girl! Don't have a hat to wear, don't fret, there's a beautiful hat room to borrow one for the day!
Had the most wonderful afternoon with my sorority sisters. We held a private event on a Sunday and the details were stunning. We were having so much fun, that we didn't realize that our time was up. It was very affordable. The course is flowed at a great pace allowing us to eat but not waiting too long in between.I'm not a huge tea drinker but it was absolutely delicious beverages. They even gave us a sample to take home and I'm pretty sure we will purchase a specialty bond will make it in stock. I highly recommend everyone at least having an afternoon high tea
Came her for my best friends bridal shower, What a beautiful experience!!! This place is sooo lovely!! The tea is delicious and homemade!! The food was yummy and the service from these ladys was AMAZING!! Definitely will be back!!
