I’m giving them 4 stars because all the other times I’ve ordered from this location my burger is right. Just came from this location literally minutes ago. My order is not difficult it’s a plain burger. Took It out of the bag and opened it up, has mustard on it. I can’t go back to get a new burger
Only been to the drive thru. Very nice and attentive staff. Accurate, and i always get all my items, and the food is always hot and good.
Long waits, which is not uncommon for a Whataburger. I arrived 2 mins after my online order was supposed to be ready, but it seemed like they didn't start making it until I got there and asked. I love our Texas Whataburgers, so I'm lax on the rating, but timeliness really needs improvement or Whatab

One complaint is: please install awnings on your drive thru screen and windows. It was raining hard today and will be raining for the next several days. Do it right. Do it like other fast foods.

Food is always fresh and service is quick! My Whataburger was hot, toppings were fresh, and the delivery was quick. I stopped here because it was on my route home and they never disappoint.
