Entree was delicious! I had the loaded sweet potato fries. Went back again on another day to order the same thing, they were extremely busy and ran out of soy crumbles so I replaced it with black bean burger crumbles and it was still tasty!

I picked up food from here yesterday and everything was so good! I ordered the potato salad, cornbread, and black bean nachos. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. The black bean nachos were especially delicious as well as the potato salad! Can’t wait to come back again.

Service was fantastic, they were very friendly and helpful as this was my first time there. The beyond cheeseburger was awesome. It had Chipotle which gave it a lovely kick. The sweet potato fries were possibly my favorite. I've had them at other places, but these were truly fantastic. I hope to come again when I'm back in Houston.

Outstanding place!!! Hidden gem in Houston. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. Super relaxed environment. Everything was cooked to perfection. I had a Beyond Burger which was great. Sweet potato fries are savory and the kale salad is fresh. Will most definitely come again.

I was welcomed upon entry. What a delight! Ordered a few tacos and then proceeded to look around as this was my first time in. The nice lady who took my order also answered a few questions and informed me about the other products they carry.
The menu was plentiful and I was only interested in something light for lunch. I’ll be back for sure to sample the other menu items and products. The food was very fresh as well I may say.

I returned! The H-town Burger!!! By far one of the top 7 burgers I’ve ever eaten.

Best burgers in town tried sunshine burger and black been burger. The quesadilla was also awesome. Also best sweet potato fries we’ve had. This is the first vegetarian restaurant we went to where my wife asked to go again within a week.

Yum! Absolutely delicious menu items! I have never had such a tasty veggie burger in my life! Other health and nutrition items are available for purchase such a SeaMoss. The four star rating is due to a foul smell upon entering - which can easily turn someone off in an eating environment. Also,, customer representatives behind the counter could be a bit more pleasant. Overall, it’s good to have Sunshine’s in the community. Thank you

Dishes are good. Burger/Nachos costs 15$. Rolls aren't offered anymore. Menu on Google maps is outdated. Beans are a bit too burned to be nutritious. Rest is good.

Visited for the first time in a while and finally tried the black bean nachos - delicious! I don't know how y'all get that nice smoky flavor and just the right spicy heat, but it's perfection. The garlic kale is a superstar as always, and so was the potato salad that has a li'l kick to it. In fact, everything in that salad case tastes so good. Service is friendly and helpful. Stop in here and try some healthy goodness at this business run by a great family, your body and soul will be glad you did.

Always good quality food. Was a bit disappointed with the last visit. The portabella burger was a bit skimpy. It was more like a few slices of baby bellas.But since they have always done right on everything eles I won't hold it against them. They will continue to get my support and referrals. The portabella wrap is so light yet filling and delicious. The nachos are made crazy good and the enchiladas are very good too. And the kale salads...like your lips because they know how to treat that green veggie.

Sunshine’s never cease to amaze me! This is my first time trying their sister roll and it was beyond my expectation. I actually thought it was a piece of bread, lol... (hence the name). I was an avid sushi lover but never imagined this would be the case. It was actually a sushi roll with a deliciously green dipping sauce. Perfect combination! I had the roll and was full and satisfied.
I purchased the raw combination meal for later because I had read some really good reviews pertaining to this dish. My meal contained (almond pate, garlic kale, and bean threads). I had a quick taste of each item and let me tell you...it was sooooo good😋!!! I could eat this almost everyday and this plate can last me a couple of days. They pile it on so you definitely get your $$ worth. If you haven’t tried it...you should...at least once.

We loved this place. Great service, great food and a nice comfortable atmosphere. They had an array of cold salads we didn't have time to try that all looked really good. We will definitely come back next time we're close.

The decor and hole-in-wall appearance hold this place back! Don’t let that deter you though. Get a daily special such the meatballs, cabbage and dirty rice! The flavor, texture, and presentation was like eating a home cooked meal! I will be back!

I have been meaning to try this place for a while and finally went today. I have to say the food was excellent and I can't wait to try more. I had the spicy black bean burger with sweet potato fries and I have to say that this was probably the best burger I have had in a while since being vegetarian. I will be back soon!

We had our first meal at the new location and everything was great. The options were mind blowing and because we don't live very close I wanted to try EVERYTHING! We had the chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries, potato salad, the signature burger (that's not the real name), vegetable soup and spa cookies. I have 6 kiddos, we ate around 3pm. At dinner time (6:30p), no one was hungry. They ate oranges before bedtime and all said they were 'still full.'
