The food is cool but I realized I go more for the customer service more than anything! Gotta love the ppl who NEVER get it wrong! No matter how many cars are in the line! Your wait won’t be long!My food is fresh & the veggies are perfect! My fave is the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich w/ Pepper Jack, Mayo & Chic Fil A Sauce!! I go about twice a week!

The food is generally marvelous, however every now and then you will get dry chicken but the sauces can make up for it. Good service, felt respected and heard. Really appreciate the staff.

Food is great as always but ever since I started coming to this CFA (since I work so close) I have noticed that most of the women there always look like they’re mad. I understand that people go through things but this is Chic-Fil-A, a company well known for their employees always having a smile on their face (I used to work for CFA, willowbrook mall location) I just hate when I come here and I always see the same girls with a mad look on their face. I’m still gonna come though.

I love this location. I can swing thru the line pay at the front and they'll have my food ready by the time I fetch to the window. No complaints. The bags are always hot when I reach out😀😋😋😋 30 nuggets for the kiddos and the grilled chicken sandwich for moi.

I’ve never had an experience at Chick-fil-A like this one. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. The food was very tasty and served quickly. Unfortunately, I live near Dallas so I won’t be able to visit this location more often.

Chick-fil-a has the best chicken in town. Love their chicken biscuit for breakfast..For lunch or dinner the sandwich, salad or chicken nuggets are great...They have great service...fast and friendly.. Two thumbs up for Chick-fil-a, the only fast food I eat.

We went for the live Paw Patrol today and the line was out the door. The place was packed full of toddlers and the staff was incredibly patient and attentive. We got our food suprisingly quickly. Beyond impressed.

Just had the best experience at Chick-fil-A1960&I45. Samantha and I went to our local Chick-fil-A to redeem a coupon for a free chicken sandwich, only problem was it is pouring down rain and we didn't have an umbrella. Not a problem for this restaurant! They had employees waiting at the door with umbrellas to escort customers into the building and back to their cars. I've never seen anything like it from any other business! This is just another in the long list of reasons why Chick-fil-A is the best in the business! I'll always be a lifelong customer!

Clean location, very quick stop. I and out. The staff is always friendly and the waffle fries put regular fries to shame. The mornings get crazy in the drive thru, but totally worth the sometimes too long lines. Yummy

They are always so slow. I sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes for a chicken biscuit. Line was short but apparently too long for them to be timely.

Just had the worst experience. Order for meals with milkshakes. The line was so long by the time we made it to the window, the shakes were watery because they had sat to long. The chicken stripes weren't cooked all the way through. They brought out new shakes but you could tell they added whip cream to the old shakes. Now they were even more watery. Just lost a good customer.
