Ordered on the App and once I arrived my order was waiting for me. Great customer service every time I come in. Ordered breakfast bagel and an extra cinnamon raisin bagel with schmear. Had an iced Vanilla Latte to wash it all down. Yummy!!

First time shopper Wasn't really welcoming and seemingly the manager didn't hear the order as I stated it, so I got the wrong order. And when I got to my shop I was disappointed ☹️

Bagels were burnt but were remade. The customer service isn’t that friendly as opposed to Atlanta area Einsteins, they have Chick Fil A customer service.
