Tried the Brisket all melt for the first time. Great sandwich. Waitress was friendly, personable, courteous, and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on atmosphere is I don't think I've ever seen such a nasty bathroom sink faucet handle area. Like looked like mold and many other very nasty things had coagulated there. Both sinks had the same exceptionally nasty sink area's between the faucet handles and spicket. Like I'm very surprised it hasn't been flagged by an inspector in the last couple years because it sure don't look like anyone ever has tried to truly clean that area. Again other than that food was great rest of the restaurant was pretty clean and the wait staff were great. Just if you need to use the bathroom and want to wash your hands after you might need a hazmat suit.

I have dined at regular Denny's in the past. This was my first time here and a new experience. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The food was good, The Caramel Banana Pancakes left me speechless, highly recommend as they were So GOOD. I ordered the Turkey dinner. The turkey was dry, but had a good flavor. The dressing had an interesting flavor that resembles a hint of lemon juice was added. The cranberry sauce was a joke as the portion was literally a small tea spoon size in a little size cup. The veggies were also very good. The only issues and why I gave 4 stars was the coffee. I will NEVER understand how you can mess up coffee?!??!? It was disgusting and disappointing especially since it was supposed to be a fresh pot. As it was also cold. I liked that the place was quiet but, clean even though the woman trying to constantly sweep my feet while I was eating ruined the whole dining experience and ruined my dinner. I realized that she has a job to do, just DON'T SWEEP WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE EATING!!!😡 It was not so crowded that this would have been difficult. Just Plain old RUDE! I probably won't go back to this location, The smell of 420 that reeked upon my arrival made me sick!🤢

The food was spot on delicious and the service on a scale from 1-10 was a 100! Out waitress was a rare jewel. I wish I had thought to get her name so I could give her a shout out. I was not sure about being 2 ladies alone on this side of town at a late hour but we felt safe and again the food was wonderful.

I just had the most pleasant experience here. I came for breakfast while waiting for my daughter, and was greeted so warmly and seated right away. I had the best waitress (Amelia) who was very attentive. The food was good diner fare, the restaurant was nice and clean and the coffee was fresh and strong!

Saaiba is one of the best servers I’ve ever experienced. Her personable service was outstanding. From the time we entered until we walked out of the door she provided THE BEST SERVICE and had an amazing attitude . We came back for the second time this week because of the service she provides!

We stopped in around 2 a.m. after a show in November 2022. So the VIBE of this place was honestly better than I've ever seen or felt at a restaurant. The retro remodeling is awesome! Everyone was smiles, great music, cooks and waitresses were dancing while working, and food was unbelievable, for a Dennys, much less any other breakfast all night diners. We will make this a regular stop when we visit Houston.

Alberta was an amazing server she was extremely knowledgeable about all the menu items and was very pleasant the food was great and all of the front of the house servers were very nice friendly and polite Ty Alberta for such an awesome dinning experience

Service is kind of slow for those really hungry and ready to eat, because we got to eat half an hour after we ordered. It took us an entire hour to get the pancakes we asked for since we place the order for our table. We had to take them home with us, because we could not keep waiting. Good thing is, we had our food with not but just one item missing, which we had to take home too. We understand that the waitress who attended our table was the only one serving on the floor (the hostess had to help her serve the food sometimes), so we could wait a bit more for the main dishes. Everything else was served just fine. I give this place 4 stars because of the politeness of our waitress, the classic looks and nostalgia from the fifties in the place and because the food was good.

The very best hamburger and fries I’ve had in a long time! I ordered the Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger without the bacon and the regular fries. I’m sure the hamburger would have been even better with the bacon on it. I ordered the food to go, they took my order quickly, brought it out to me quickly, and provided great customer service. I liked the way it was packaged for a to-go meal. They included plastic ware, napkins, catsup, etc which was a nice surprise. I will definitely be back to try their breakfast, and of course the next time I’m craving a hamburger!

Look like it run by foreigners the restroom look horrible .Staff was friendly but looks like nobody cleans up here. Food asked for scramble soft I got artificial powder egg fried hard. Pancakes tasted OK but links and bacon cold. Will I come back hell no Just because this restaurant in a black area does not mean it has to look run down.. This Denny in the heart of the Medical Center no way no how it should look like it does To manger you need to get it together instead of just hanging around the cash register Sign Use to love this place Jay Jones

I was not as pleased as usual....� I had to wait a very long time before being served and my order was not even complete. The excuse was that they had many order to prepare. � The restaurant was not even full... When she came for the bill, she could not find it and I had to go to the counter to receive it. I guess it was only this time that it went wrong. I'm gonna try again but another place.

I was there last night and that crew was awesome..... Came from the spot on Dowling messed up and they had patience with us as we ordered. Forgot the young man's name but either way... Met a few older gentleman that were very nice up there's too Mr. Raymond and Mr Julius.....O yea and Kevin that work there was also nice.
