I ordered apple pies
They came out with parchment paper stuck on them. I took them back..I was in the drive thru..they apologized and I said I would wait 6 minutes for new ones.. the manager came out and apologized and offered me a combo meal for the pies that were not proper.. she said my pies will
The service and the food are good at this location. I love their banana pudding shake.

This Whataburger is pretty damn good. A couple lazy employees of the last few visits, but the good ones make up for it. The young ones don't take orders from the older women well. But the young employees are lazy and don't take instructions well. My food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Their ice

No available ice when I visited.Employee poured ice in my cup from a different ice dispenser that is located where only the employee use for drive thru. Everything was great food hot and out fast.
It feels like it's understaffed, (after midnight shift). My fries 🍟 could have been a little more fresh. We as customers pay a pretty good deal for a paty melt meal. We deserve to have hot fresh fries without having to request $$$
Drive thru, not dinning in but last time picked up inside, was clean and nice!
Great fast food as usual. Monterey melt is one of the best they have. Clean and quiet place about 4pm. Nice crew.
