Hot and fresh every morning!! This place is incredible!! I always get the breakfast crescent sandwiches with a bag of donut holes and milk. Definitely one of my favorite spots for breakfast and the ladies there are awesome!
They've been here forever since the 80s, I always go there because I can find all in one place, from varieties of donuts, croissants, kolaches... to biscuits & croissants sandwiches and muffins.
How about the breakfast tacos made hot when you order ? where you can pick your own ingredients ?

Ashley's Donut's Kolaches are excellent!. To start off, the cheese/jalepeno sausage kolaches are delicious. They are one of a few donut spots that actually have cheese inside the sausage meat itself as well as on the outside of the sauasage inside the breading. Their other kolaches are delicious as well-especially the Capitan. They used to have a bacon and cheese kolaches which was delicious until they discontinued them many years. Also, their breakfast tacos are wonderful, huge, and cheap for the price.

I don't mean for this review to be harmful in any way, just giving honest feedback. To start off the customer service was excellent, my favorite items purchased were the Sausage, egg and cheese Croissant and donut holes. My least favorite was the large sausage kolache, similar to another review I read the sausage has a strong and unpleasant taste to it, I am not sure what it is but I could not finish it.
The customer service was really good, I walked in and got some donuts and kolaches, The donuts were soft and had good flavor, And same for the kolaches. Overall good experience, and will come back.
Dont listen to the bad comments, This place has really good food.
They’ve been around longer than I have!! Love their kolaches more than anywhere else. Their breakfast burritos are ginormous. Everything is made in house and most of the staff has been there forever. It’s a local staple. We always drive thru but when I have the kids, we sit at the bar and it’s an extra treat! Love Ashley’s!
This has been out “go-to” location for kolaches! Their apple fritters are awesome as well!
Been going here since my parents brought me over 30 years ago. Still just as good as back then. What’s the point in visiting the big chain donut shops when you have this local gem serving the best kolaches, donuts and breakfast tacos in Clear Lake. Pay these guys a visit, you won’t regret it.
Monster breakfast tacos and for three bucks! You can't beat that. So far everything I've had here has been great. Kolachies, donuts, fritters just great.
Donuts are awesome, tacos are huge n tasty and give you salsa everytime. Very friendly, drive thru goes really fast. I come here frequently.

I did notice something with the donut that I probably wouldn't have been able to place without the other reviews -- a fruity acetone-like flavor. I don't know what would cause this issue over what appears to be months, but hopefully it gets tracked down.
I absolutely love this place! I stopped there quite often in the morning. There product is always fresh. And the staff is extremely friendly. They make you feel like you're at home when you walk in! I highly recommend to anyone in the area try Ashley's Donuts. You will not regret it!

I go there almost everyday 😋I came to add a few more things..the breakfast tacos are soooooo delicious!! And they stuff them too! Barely tried them today! Yummmm!!
I love getting their breakfast tacos. My family have been going here for years. I was a little frustrated about the last 2 times I came here. Both times my order was wrong or there was a taco missing. I still would recommend, just make sure to check that everything is there before leaving.

Ashley's donuts has one if the best glazed donuts period......Their kolachies are by far the best to get hang is finely chopped and the cheddar cheese is gourmet....simply my favorite donut shop of all-time. Thank you for making mornings better for clearlake
We live in Georgia where there are only donut chain stores. We visited Ashley's today. The kolaches were delicious, light and fluffy dough with delicious sausage. The chocolate frosted donut was the best I've ever had. The staff was fast but friendly. We will definitely return next time we're in town.
