Been a fan of JCI since the 70's. Great representation of the brand at this location. Very clean and well-kept. Friendly and fast service, drink refills brought to our table. The manager Jimmy was so friendly and fun to talk to. Enjoyed it-wouldn't hesitate to come back!
As a human I understand things don't always go right. But I appreciate the willingness of the staff to make sure me and my children were satisfied with our order! Great customer service!!!
Good food but the quality can be down at times. I had a dip cone once that was clearly bad. They gave me my money back. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Awesome! The food was up to JCI standards and quickly prepared. The staff was extremely interactive with us. The inside dining area was extremely clean and preserved from a 50's/60's time period.

Always good food but this location is hard to get to. You have to come from west or south or it's not worth it. Currently lots of construction 2-11-2022.
The drive thru is super small as well so if you have any type of long bed or 1/2 ton truck, don't attempt it
