Same great Chick-fil-A service just a different location !! Girl that was taking our order was in training but no issues at all !! Manager was there to help her out and we were able to get through the line with no issues !! Food was hot and fresh and order was correct !! Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Chick-fil-A !!!!

Amazing how such a simple sandwich can be so good. Cleanliness and service is better than many sit-down restaurants. It's a fast food joint so atmosphere is not a priority but it is always pleasant to eat there.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in.Y order taker was very friendly and helpful. Received my food fast, it was hot and fresh. The staff came to my table several times asked if we needed refill cleared away our table very friendly. I will be returning and letting my family, friends and coworkers about my experience. Staff at the local Bellaire pool helped me rescue a lost dog. Even used their snack to lure the dog. Ordered Chick-Fil-A on the APP and picked up a double large order nuggets and fries as a THANK YOU. Super fast, easy and everyone loves Chick-filet-AđŸ’›! They are the best and always so friendly.

Loved it! Came here for a quick dinner and the quality is as good as you'd expect. They set the standard high and they meet it just about every time. The location is cramped for parking, so that's my only gripe about it. There's parking in the nearby lot, though. You just have to walk a bit.

I accidentally ordered the 4 piece chicken strips and I loved it.
I always ordered the chicken nuggets cause it's always been cooked fully unlike the chicken strips, and I've been doing that for almost a decade now. But after looking and eating the strips I can firmly say they taste scrumptious! Unlike in the past.

We tried the new grilled chicken wrap with avocado lime ranch sauce. Was terrific!
I was impressed that they had two drive-thru lanes going with attendants outside taking orders. We got caught in one lane while trying to get to handicap parking, and they graciously moved the orange barriers so we could cross over to park.
Everything about our visit was great. Nice clean dining areas, clean restrooms, tables wiped off and litter cleared away.

Really busy restaurant full of school kids. Very clean and fresh smelling restrooms! Wokers are friendly, professional, and they acknowledge you quickly! I placed a mobile order and it took longer than I expected. It was a small drink only. I was patient, as there many people that I assumed were ahead of me.

The food is always good, but today was a terrible experience. First of all, this restaurant and the parking lot aren't designed for the crowds it gets. I had my two small granddaughters with me, and it was tricky maneuvering around with them. You have to walk through the cars in the drive through just to get inside. I used the app to order ahead of time for the first time. After standing in line, I was told I was in the wrong line. Then I stood in the other line for several minutes to pick up our order, just to find out the order didn't go through. So, I was told to get in yet another line. We left and I decided to go through the drive through. That is the most convoluted mess ever. The workers coming up to your car do help move things along, though. The problem was then, that the young lady taking my order acted like someone was standing over her with a stopwatch and the threat of death. She was talking so fast and kept interrupting me to give me the total on my order before I was finished ordering. I wasn't even being slow, because I already knew exactly what we were ordering. She even interrupted me to tell me to pull up. I told her unsweetened tea and she wasn't even listening. I got sweet tea. Like, just get your food and leave. But- good luck getting out of the parking lot!

The employees are so nice! I took my 3 girls to the preschool playhouse last week (it was awesome) and while trying to manage all of my kids on a trip to the restroom, one of the employees helped my daughter wash her hands. I wish I had caught her name! It was so kind and helped lower my stress levels a lot. We are definitely coming back and bringing all our friends!
