Food was absolutely delicious and it's made right in front of you.
Cool people while they make your pizza and throw it in this rotating brick oven.
The atmosphere is nice and has a sort of mom and pop feel to it while still feeling like a place that's been st it for a while.
Super surprised that we were the only ones here considering the Houston Space Center is just across the streets. You can customize your pizzas or choose one of theirs. Then they make throw the ingredients on top of the pie and bake it in the stone oven. I had the spicy Hawaiian which was delicious.
I've been waiting to try 1000 degrees but after finally stopping by with my family, we were disappointed. The pizza was fine, nothing stood out as special. The honey garlic wings were good but again nothing amazing. Will opt for my regular brick oven pizza spot.
I came in during a lull and was quickly assisted. The staff were extremely polite. The food was served hot from the oven. It was delicious.
We came here for dinner on a Friday evening. It wasn’t very busy, probably due to the rain. It is right across the street from the NASA Johnson space center. We spent the day there then came here for dinner following. The service was friendly and fast. We did the make your own pizza option and they made it right in front of us. The pizza was delicious. Our friends got their white sauce pizza and it looked great. Definitely try this place out if you are in the area.
I absolutely LOVE this pizza.
I usually build my own- olive oil, mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, mushrooms and spinach- and it is always delicious!
They have the kind of crust you can eat instead of throwing away lol
We came to see NASA... but the pizza was equally out of this world...
We would be back given the chance!
Good to the last bite..
The pizza crust was excellent and sauce was delicious. The best I’ve had in the area. This is the only reason we will return but take out only. Server was not friendly. No hello or thank you. I felt we were a bother to serve when putting our pizza together. Tried to make polite conversation and was met with annoyance. Everyone after us that came in was treated the same. Maybe a bad day, but it wasn’t pleasant.
Great pizza quickly made. Love the crust. Not all staff aims for satisfaction. Young teenagers behind the counter not always pleasant. My first time trying was in NJ and was pretty excited to find this one.
As others have noted, this is like a Subway for pizzas. It is a make your own design, similar to many of the newer fast casual places that are one step above the traditional fast food venues. Better ingredients, fresher preparation, higher cost. And because it is not a sit down be served by a waiter kind of place you will not have to tip, which is something I like. You go through the line, choose your sauce, your cheeses, your meats and your vegetables before it goes into a super hot oven. The pizza is good enough. So-so crust, no better than a Domino's. Sauce is good. Ingredients are very good quality. A 14" with sauce, fresh mozarella, shredded mozarella, crumbled meatballs, onions, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms cost me about $18 so that would be about $5-7 more than a comparable fast food pizza. Very very friendly staff. And the guy manning the oven knew the importance of keeping it clean of burned semolina, etc. He was using a straw pizza broom on the surface before mine went into the oven. That's a very positive thing. I'm not sure if I will need to come back due to the cost, but it was good enough.
