Hands down, absolutely the best crawfish I have ever had. The flavor was definitely superb and not greasy like most crawfish place. I had the suicide garlic blend. Two thumbs up to you guys. Oh and service was the best also. Great job guys. Thanks!

Cajun Kitchen is the best in the city. Tried everything else from Crawfish & Noodles to Jenivi's Seafood Shoppe on Westheimer, but this place won my taste buds. Always bringing in live crawfish, and not serving us with frozen little crickets. Don't know which flavor to get? Can't go wrong with their Cajun Kitchen's house special that will makes you wanting more. Also what's new on their menu is their fingers licking good tamarind crabs! So if you're ready to get your hands dirty, watch the game, the quick and sweet waitresses can refill your buckets of beer! They have it all!

You HAVE to try Viet Cajun food if you’re in Houston. And this place serves delicious one! Crawfish obviously on the top of the menu - but recommend also to try chef’s fried rice. I loved the flavor and taste of everything. Prices are super fair. Happy hour Mo-Fr 12-6pm

We came here straight from work on a Wednesday about 6 PM. Plenty of tables available so not busy. Happy hour is until about 630 PM. We ordered 2 pounds of crawfish and some chicken gizzard and chicken heart skewers. Everything was delicious. The kitchen special sauce on the crawfish was very flavorful. The skewers was delicious as well! I haven't been here since they were at the old place on Kirkwood but still good!

This is my friends favorite crawfish spot. It’s pretty good. Their spice level is pretty spicy, even their medium feels quite spicy. Gratuity is added automatically for large parties. They charge for bibs and gloves which I guess is good to reduce waste but I like when places provide complimentary ones if you want. They have a Thai basil flavor that I like, they also have a garlic butter, kitchen mix. Today when I went one of the shrimps I had went bad and was all black :(… I didn’t mention it to the server though since they seemed busy. Also the bathrooms are ok but it’s not the nicest.

One of the best crawfish restaurants in Houston! The crawfish is so savory and delicious, both the house special and garlic flavors that I tried! The service is good and the employees are very friendly. There’s plenty of indoor seating.

The place was busy on a Monday evening but service was good. On the day I went, the restaurant was offering but 6lbs of crawfish and get 1 lb free promotion, so go with a crowd:) The house special sauce was buttery with lots of citrus flavor and it was delicious. However, the daily special green mango salad wasn’t available so I was disappointed.

This was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! They were rightly featured in Houstonia Magazine as one of the top establishments for VIET-CAJUN cuisine. Understand that this is a fusion of Vietnamese and Cajun cuisine, and don’t order traditional Cajun food. Unlike traditional Cajun crawfish, the boil itself is not very spicy or flavorful, preserving the subtleties of the original flavor. The sauce is added after and provides the primary layer of taste. (Don’t order crawfish without sauce!) The Thai-basil sauce is my personal preference and complemented mussels and snow crab equally well. We had the crawfish with the the Kitchen special sauce and loved it almost as much. Since I live in Baton Rouge, I know and love the traditional crawfish boil, but this is such a wonderful and refreshing alternative. Wish we had this at home. The wait staff was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. I will definitely come here again and highly recommend the place to anyone open to trying new flavors and alternative takes on traditional foods.

Came here based on several online recommendations for Viet Cajun Crawfish. We walked in at 12:30pm and we were the only guests in the establishment. The server was very nice and welcoming. She recommended us what the most popular dishes and that it was happy hour from 12-6pm. We ordered the fried rice, escargots, razor clams, and house special crawfish. Food was amazing!! Only complaint was that we didn't check the bill until after leaving the establishment and noticed the crawfish was $9.99/lb vs the $7.99 advertised.

Went out with a group if 11 people so it was definitely a fun experience, especially since we got pretty good, efficient service. Only thing is, they can only divide payment up to 3 cards (fyi). Their garlic noodles is definitely a must try and definitely loved their oysters. The crawfish was flavorful and very big.

This was one of the most flavorful meals I’ve had in ages! A friend of mine in Houston suggested I visit and try Vietcajun cuisine. Boy am I glad I did! The sauces on these dishes are OUTSTANDING and an explosion of flavor (DO NOT order them without sauces, this is NOT Louisiana Cajun fare). Everything was hot, fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced (if market price is not reasonable to you, go elsewhere). It looks like those who were severely disappointed in the boiled/steamed dishes here came to the establishment *completely* uneducated about the cuisine, and what to order. Don’t go there with Cajun expectations; the cuisine has Cajun ORIGINS but heavily Asian INSPIRED. Step outside the box, refrain from ordering “regular” southern food, and get ready to be a convert. Can’t wait to bring family and friends back here!
