I loved this place! This was my first time eating here. I didn’t know it was owned by Pappas. For being what I’m assuming is an older restaurant, it is very well maintained. Very nice and clean and the employees were all very nice and helpful. The food was super comforting and delicious. I can’t wait to go back! So glad they’re 24hrs!

The food is always fresh. Service always on point. Atmosphere friendly. Love the homemade croutons. They are extremely dangerous!! My waiter Austin today gave impeccable service. He was very attentive, friendly and observative! I give him 10 stars!!

Great place for brunch! The atmosphere was diner/coffee shop like. The structure of the facility was vintage, very home like. Service was great! The food was amazing! Everyone at the table liked thier food. Definitely coming back when in town.

The customer service at Dot Coffee Shop is absolutely AMAZING. Danny was very helpful and attentive.
The food was DELICIOUS with the exception of the grits. The grits were absolutely terrible. The omelette was very flavorful and the french toast slices were huge and came in a generous portion.

First time patron and the reviews were spot on! I absolutely loved the atmosphere at Dot's! It's lively with great music and amazing staff! We went on Sunday morning so it was busy with a reasonable wait time. We were told a 40 minute wait and were seated within 30 minutes. It was a yummy breakfast and it didn't break the bank! Three French Toast with 4 bacon slices...yummy yum yum! Will definitely go back to try put the menu.

We had a great experience at Dot Coffee Shop. The food was great. The bathroom facilities are clean…the diner has a great 1970’s vibe to it. Our waiter Alex was really personable.

It's always great for a late night fix. Open 24 hours, and they serve breakfast all day, which is a plus for us late risers. However their men's bathroom smelled like a mixture of perm and throw up, the owner needs to fix this problem as this jewel of a restaurant should not be treated this way.

The food was solid. Got the catfish & fries, and it was so good. Served up good and hot. Good service. Not too busy. Parking lot had plenty open spots. We were thankful they were open 24hrs, cause we needed a meal after partying.

What can I say? Place was recommended by a manager I was working with while in town and he was spot on with this one. The food tasted like it was made from scratch and fresh, not sure if it is. Place was clean and decor didn't look run down. Had a nice diner feel, and if you're familiar, reminded me of Big Boys restaurants. Smell was pleasant and the pies on display looked fresh and ready to eat and not like they'd been on display for a week.
Our server was great, knowledgeable and had good input on suggestions. She was genuine and we laughed a lot. She attentive to our needs throughout breakfast and was also on point with her communication when I had issues with my card having an error. This place deserves it's reputation and as a place to be suggested. Try the chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken. The biscuits were huge and flakey. Top it off with their gravey... Heaven. Lastly, kinda weird point as it's normally a inauspicious filler and side item, but the hash browns were the best I've ever had. Both crisp where needed and when I broke my over easy egg on top of it, it was super creamy. I could eat that combo several times a week.
As constant travelers for work 3 or more weeks a month, my companions and I have had it all. We can be hard to impress or please at times. It's very telling that such simple fare could leave such an impression on all of us. It just goes to show that even if it's simple, if you do it with care and quality, it can still be excellent. Like Lebron! 🤣 I will be coming back next visit to HTown!🤙🏾

We came in later in the evening and were seated immediately. Our waitress was Jaz. She was fantastic. When I looked at the menu, I thought the food was reasonably priced. When the food arrived though, I realized I was getting way more than I bargained for. The plates were nearly platter-sized, were completely covered and the food tasted great.
The food was good, the service Jaz gave us was great and we will definitely be going back.

The host was barely audible, mumbled no eye contact didn’t answer questions. Lots of empty tables but said it was a 15 min wait . After 10 mins we were seated at a table that had been empty the whole time. The host didn’t acknowledge us or make eye contact just told the waiter to seat us. The waitress at our table was lovely and the food was good. No gluten free menu and the waitress didn’t really know what gluten free meant. Every other papas restaurant I have been at have gluten free menus and a manager comes and discusses the allergy. I wasn’t convinced I was being told accurately what was safe for me to eat. We came a few months ago and waited 45 mins for food. We had hoped the restaurant would have got its act together in the time period. Not Pappas standards yet!

I’ve been here 6 times in the last 2 months, took out with phone order twice. I always eat at the bar, I’ve had outstanding service every time by Black and white tenders and tip extra for good service. The food is always good with generous portions, nice atmosphere at the bar, it’s your coffee shop / diner at the top of the list!

Staff was friendly but food was less than great & overpriced. When you order eggs scrambled hard & extra crispy bacon, it shouldn't be wet or floppy. May go back to try a lunch or dinner but there are better breakfast places.

The food was good, no complaints there. The service was terrible! I only got half the food that came with my order, and after having told the person that brought my food she said I’ll check on it and I still didn’t get it. Waitress finally came over to check on us for the first time after we were already done eating so I told her that I didn’t get the salad so just take it off because I don’t want it now, she disappeared again. I had to ask three different people about what I need to do to pay cuz my waitress was MIA and finally I just went to the area where I’m assuming was a manager and he brought my check and the salad wasn’t taken off so I had to wait even longer to get the check. This place would be great if they would just get their act together.

We had a BIG group 26 people, and the wait staff was awesome, and everyone was happy with the food portions! We let them know in advance of our big group, and they brought in Extra staff to handle it.
