Came here for dinner to try it out finally! Parking was a bit challenging since there is construction. The place is cute with plenty of seating inside and outside, we were seated quickly and our waiter got our drink order to us fast. The menu is extensive and they have a lot of great options, there is also a full bar. Our orders did not take long to come out, everything was delicious and fresh with good portions. My mom loved it! I love Mexican food but I also love affordable Mexican food, this is a bit on the higher end of Mexican, so a little more expensive for my liking but I would definitely come here for a nice dinner or a birthday.
This is one of our favorite spots in the Heights. We live in Katy, Tx and gladly drive 30 minutes to enjoy the wonderful food at Alma. They make one of the best blood orange margaritas! The chips and salsa are on point. We love the tortas, fajitas, stuffed avocados, breakfast tacos and so much more. You have to check it out!
Phenomenal food and drinks. The pineapple jalapeno margarita was unlike anything I've ever had before. Very delicious. The only downside is that the space is very small and it feels a little crammed in, which is fine. Parking is also a bit of a puzzle but well worth it.
One of my favorite places to eat. I LOVE this place!! Everything about this restaurant is 100%. The service, phenomenal, the food is seriously 100% every time. I LOVE this place so much! I come here every week. Can’t get enough. I bring all my friends here too. Such an amazing restaurant.
Wow this place is so good. Everything we had was amazing from the drinks to chips and guacamole to the main entrees. Their Birria tacos might be the best I’ve had in Houston. Mario, the Bartender was awesome and on top of everything. This is a special spot I’ll definitely be back to.

Best pozole verde in town. Good margaritas. Friendly staff. Great vibe.
Great home-tasting food. The rice was like eating my grandma's rice. House margaritas are a great value, you can tell a decent tequila is used, The staff were great, would like to have regular menus, QR code only menus have faded away everywhere else.
I have been in Alma multiple times and I will be back here, good food, nice staff!

The Coconella coffee hits the spot every time. And AM Tampiquena is delicious and enough for two!
Don't eat here unless you want to hate every other tex-mex place in the city. Everything we have tried has been flawless and we've been eating here an embarrassing amount lately. My go-to is the cheese enchiladas. They are simple but executed perfectly. My wife loves the fajita quesadillas.
