Alma Latina Seafood & Taqueria - Houston - Photo album

Came here for dinner to try it out finally! Parking was a bit challenging since there is construction. The place is cute with plenty of seating inside and outside, we were seated quickly and our waiter got our drink order to us fast. The menu is extensive and they have a lot of great options, there
This is one of our favorite spots in the Heights. We live in Katy, Tx and gladly drive 30 minutes to enjoy the wonderful food at Alma. They make one of the best blood orange margaritas! The chips and salsa are on point. We love the tortas, fajitas, stuffed avocados, breakfast tacos and so much more.
Phenomenal food and drinks. The pineapple jalapeno margarita was unlike anything I've ever had before. Very delicious. The only downside is that the space is very small and it feels a little crammed in, which is fine. Parking is also a bit of a puzzle but well worth it.
One of my favorite places to eat. I LOVE this place!! Everything about this restaurant is 100%. The service, phenomenal, the food is seriously 100% every time. I LOVE this place so much! I come here every week. Can’t get enough. I bring all my friends here too. Such an amazing restaurant.
Wow this place is so good. Everything we had was amazing from the drinks to chips and guacamole to the main entrees. Their Birria tacos might be the best I’ve had in Houston. Mario, the Bartender was awesome and on top of everything. This is a special spot I’ll definitely be back to.
Very friendly staff, professional, but also give you space as well. Food was delicious, especially the charro beans as well as the double espresso. Relaxing thats busy but not too busy with reasonable prices. Tip your staff! Great people!
Best pozole verde in town. Good margaritas. Friendly staff. Great vibe.
Great home-tasting food. The rice was like eating my grandma's rice. House margaritas are a great value, you can tell a decent tequila is used, The staff were great, would like to have regular menus, QR code only menus have faded away everywhere else.
I have been in Alma multiple times and I will be back here, good food, nice staff! Brunch is the best. The Coconella coffee hits the spot every time. And AM Tampiquena is delicious and enough for two!
Don't eat here unless you want to hate every other tex-mex place in the city. Everything we have tried has been flawless and we've been eating here an embarrassing amount lately. My go-to is the cheese enchiladas. They are simple but executed perfectly. My wife loves the fajita quesadillas.
Great spot with indoor and outdoor seating. If you can’t find parking out front, they have a convenient side lot as well. The waiter recommended the mini tacos (I tried the chicken and carnitas), and they were honestly some of the most flavorful and delicious tacos I’ve had. Try with some salsa verd
Had the pozole verde de pollo. Was really good. Had all the traditional ingredients plus pork rind and not overly spicy. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant and service is top notch - friendly and attentative
My daughter and I catching up the Margherita hit the spot the Tortilla soup was nice don't forget the lemon, the Shrimp Diablo taco Ehh ...but the Fajitas and Chicken plate brought me back. I missed breakfast by 30 min which was the real reason I came but now I have an excuse fora next time.
Great customer service. Freshly made authentic drinks. Menu selection is nice. I enjoyed my go green combination plate. The salsa is different. It seems to have cumin in it but I enjoyed it. Chips were nice and crisp. I'll be back.
Really liked this restaurant service was great food was even better. Good salsa rice and beans and fajita was really tender! Could provide more guacamole and creama for the two person meal in my preference. Very authentic Mexican restaurant with a great atmosphere will try to go again.
Delicious! Definitely coming back! Aquas frescas too! I drank the fresh sweet watermelon water!!!
Dined in twice for a late lunch in 2023. Consistently good food at a reasonable price. I've tried their chimichangas, chicken enchiladas and sopapillas. The service was attentive and the food was on the table very quickly despite the restaurant being at around half full. Will definitely come bac
The food was great. I got the Sheree’s Plate—the shrimp brochette and taco al carbon were delicious. The chicken mole enchilada was a bit flavorless. Beans and rice were good. We ordered sopapillas—delicious but too much for two people; more suitable for four. The food was quite good. The ambience,
Absolutely excellent meal. We will be back. One of the best Mexican meals we have had in a while. Everything was excellent. Amazing service.
