This used to be my go-to watering hole before I moved. I visited last night for the first time in a couple years. I consider it a "dive bar" with no disrespect (I happen to like dive bars). It is a very unassuming place with a large inside and nice outdoor dog friendly patio (at least it used to be, so check before going). The best thing about Nick's is the food! In the years I've been away, it is still consistent and delicious! The pizzas are phenomenal. I don't know what they do to that crust, but oh my! It is so good! Their menu is quite extensive, so you won’t run out of things to try. Parking is very convenient. You can literally park steps away. Nick's has an onsite ATM. Security was present last night when I arrived. That's always a plus. A lot of people have come through those Nick's doors. I have made some good friends from my ventures over the years. Enjoy!

I've been here a few times, tried different things and everything I've had has ranged from great to amazing. The staff is really attentive and the food and drinks are served pretty quickly. The music selection is also great. It's a great place to chill and eat really good food.

Great Italian/finger food and it's the closest thing to a home-cooked meal at midnight. Our server Dennis was attentive and more than accommodating. Shared all the specials of the day and took great care of us. Can't wait to be back!

My coworker and I visiting from Vegas. Here on business. Wanted to grab a quick bite and some drinks. Not far from the hotel. Experience was great, food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and provided the best service. Not a huge crowd tonight but just enough around the bar area and the outside patio. Got leftovers for lunch tomorrow lol The music was good too!

this team is outstanding. i have been coming here for years now and i can't count on one hand how many times i've been disappointed. the food is 10/10, energy is amazing, the people are funny. if you need a spot to chill and get away, nick's place is the spot.

My friend and I found this hidden gem on a Sunday night while looking for late night eats and it was definitely well worth it! The customer service was great and our waiter, Eli, made us feel so welcomed. He helped us with the menu and constantly checked on us to make sure our meal was up to par. We ordered an appetizer, a meal, and a dessert and they were all made with love. We also met the cook, Alex, and he was hilarious and very sweet. I still cannot believe that he was able to handle almost all of the orders and get them out in a timely fashion. The food was very tasty and the portions are generous. I let Eli know that my birthday was at midnight and he was so kind and I enjoyed a margarita to celebrate. The menu is so full of options and the vibe is real so we will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely love coming here for NFL games on Sunday but it’s a great place to go any time of the week. Nick and his crew are the best. Been coming here for 5 years now and I’ve never had a problem with the food, drinks or staff. Nick will personally go out of his way to make sure everyone in attendance is doing good. The food is amazing. Really great pizza. Place just feels like home. Such a chill homie vibe. Totally worth your money. Highly recommend.

The pizza was underwhelming for as much as it was hyped up. But the atmosphere was that of a true dive bar and that I appreciate.
Update: Went back tonight and had a great time. Tried the appetizer sampler. I really enjoyed it besides for chicken not being cooked all the way. Will be trying the pasta next. They indeed do have a wide variety and the atmosphere for a big game is fantastic.

My friends and I used to frequent this bar over 20 years ago. We decided to go back for a get together a few nights ago. It was amazing! They have a full menu now which was awesome. The atmosphere was great, the staff was amazing, and the food was great as always.

True American pub vibes here! Nice decor and lots of TVs for you to catch your fave game. Also loved the Philadelphia cheesesteak.. very authentic and delicious flavor.. highly recommended! The pizza was okay, will try some of their other items the next time I go. Nice selection and drinks and beer too!

We came in on a Saturday evening, and Leanette took care of us straight away! I ordered the Italian sausage sub with fries, and my fiancé got the meatball sub with fries along with a mango Nikarita. Our food came out quickly within 5-7 minutes, and everything was delicious! Both our sandwiches were stacked with meat. I also really enjoyed the fries! They were crispy on the outside and airy on the inside. We’ll be back to try more things on their extensive menu.

My buddy took me here a few years ago and was blown away by the pizza. I don’t venture out to that part town much but nicks would be my pizza destination if I lived closer to that area. Can’t say enough great things about the food here.

First time here and I can say that it is a wonderful place to chill. The sleeping with the fishes bowl is awesome and the Orange crush is delicious !!! Alex the cook recommended the fried pickles and they were delicious. Jeff was awesome!

My favorite marinara in the city, hands down. I’ve become a regular here as this is my new neighborhood bar. I work in the service industry as a professional musician and like many others, I’m around elegance and opulence on a daily basis. This is NOT that. At. All. Great late night food, great super casual environment, I’m not a sportsball fan of any kind but if you are, this is a great joint. They have fantastic food and drink specials every day and the staff is all delightful. Great no frills joint.

Amazing pizza. Slightly overlooked but delicious. Very authentic, northeast pizza. The bar was ok but 2 things bothered me. 1. One cooler is "on the fritz", as the waitress told us when we told her the beer wasn't very cold. 2. A waitress was touching drinks with her hands (like the liquid) and grabbed the top of the straws with he bare hand tonstir a big drink. (We were sitting near the service area of the bar.)
But we will probably return for the pizza and beer from the good cooler.

Best pizza I've had in Texas. Staff is so unbelievably friendly and down to earth. I may have to drive 45 min to an hour now and then just to make it worth it. Oh and the live music was pretty cool too if I must say ;-)
