After being disappointed with the other IHOP we decided to visit this place. It’s completely the opposite of the first one! Very clean very organized good team work. We were so lucky to be served by Amanda who was respectful, super nice and very experienced! Great place and highly recommended!

I am thrilled because I'm not typically an ihop eater due to the atmosphere. However, this location (specifically) changed my thought on ihop. It's SOOOO clean! That's number one... Number two, the music is very soothing and relaxing. Apparently this is the best time to eat here (between 1pm and 3pm). Thirdly, I love the layout and design of this location. There are far more booths than tables, even booths for parties of two, which I absolutely love because I always prefer booths over a table. I also don't normally order tea, so I'm not sure if its standard or not, but they brought my tea on a plate WITH honey! I am thrilled because I don't drink my tea with sugar, only honey and milk. All my dishes are clean!!! I always get dirty silverware and I normally ask for a cup of hot water, because of the normal dirty dishes I get. For these reasons, this is now my favorite Ihop location... for now😌🤗🙏🏾 No need to mention the food, they hardly disappoint in that area. I highly recommend this location during the non-busy hours🥰🙏🏾

The food was really good. But my server was the best. Kathryn is so attentive it’s like she can read my mind. Before I know I need something she’s on it. When I asked for anything it was no bother and quickly done. She’ll be the reason I go back to this location alone.

The waitress was AMAZING!!! We had a difficult order and it ALL came out perfectly!!! Yes the building inside needs work... As for the entire meal, service, clean utensils ,etc. No complaints here.

Excellent customer service. Consistent food! I've had great waitresses, Katherine, Karen, and Melany. It's a very peaceful atmosphere to enjoy a good meal.

Believe it or not, first time to eat at an IHOP. Mate complained they stopped serving harvest grain and nut pancakes. I thought everything was pretty ok. Somehow, can make pancakes super protein style. Super slammed- felt a little ignored. Will have to go back for “happy hour” and try some non-breakfast items.

I had another delightful breakfast at my favorite I HOP, at 1960 and 290. My delightful server was busy and i looked up to see Herwin headed toward me. I asked for more coffee and immediately i received my own pot of fresh, hot coffee. This location has the best food, best service of all the IHOP 'S in area. If you want a great breakfast - anything you feel like eating, come here! Any time of the day is the right time to eat here! All the employees are delightful, Tony works hard to keep the tables and floors sparkling clean, just come and see for yourself.

Great place for family to enjoy good selection of food, drink and desert. We went there on Saturday evening and it wasn't crowded. We were hosted by Angelina who was great in taking order and also happily agreed to take our photographs. Our orders came within 15 - 20 minutes and they tasted great. Overall we had a great time here.

We hadn't been in several years due to our last experience being subpar. We were happily surprised with the experience this time. They were understaffed, which we understood and gave the waiter grace. The food was amazing and fresh. We will definitely be returning!

Although IHop does get crowded for weekend breakfast crowd, the service is above average & the wait for your order is acceptable. They have a 55 plus menu that saved you money from regular menu items. I order the breakfast sampler which came with 1 egg, 1 slice of bacon, 1 sausage link, 1 small piece of ham, hash brown potatoes, and 1 pancake. My wife ordered the 2x2x2 which is 2 eggs, 2 meats of your choice, and 2 pancakes. Short order cooks there do an excellent job.
