the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. Special thanks to Alizay who greeted with smile, she was supper friendly specially with my 6 years old daughter. The other lady Mumtaz was also taking care of mess my children made without making faces. Thank you 😊

Not a huge fan of their buffet , but they do make decent chicken biryani. It might not be best in houston, but takes care of my biryani cravings 😍
Update: I just tried their Haleem and biryani again and was soo sooo impressed. Biryani tastes sooo much better than before & Haleem is to die for!!

We got the buffet option since this way we could try multiple items and didn't have to wait for the food. There were plenty of items on the menu, including appetizers and dessert. We tried the chicken corn soup, chicken hot and sour soup, chicken Tikka, chicken kabab, paya, karahi, biryani, fried rice, fried shrimp, and sesame chicken. Everything we tried tasty, fresh, and hot. The staff would bring out fresh food everytime something got low. They had plenty of clean plates and the restaurant itself was clean. They bring fresh naan to your table as well. Definitely coming back next time we are on this side of town.

I have always had a great experience at tempura restaurant. Food taste is very close to our food back at home. There are times when the food is not upto standards but anyone can make mistakes. Whenever I had such issues, they were very well dealt with. Front desk person, Alizay is amazing. Always greets with a smile and has amazing customer service skills. I have always left tempura happy.
I would not say the same about the Hillcroft location as I was refused order twice. 1960 location always took care of me when Hillcroft location bluntly refused for no particular reason.

Excellent service and great taste. Ramazan buffet is simply amazing with a wide variety of dishes/items at a reasonable price. Like the mutton briyani, kababs, fish, and chicken karahi.

We went for Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Turkey was dry and no sides. Only mashed potatoes. And not that great. So we ate other items in the buffet like chicken tikka, corn soup and beef payas. I enjoyed the payas very much. So than i was full. And khoya kheer was good too. Alhamdollilah.

Love this place! The food is always fresh and the service is on par. We got their mixed grill platter with Nihari and it was just the right amount for me and a few buddies. The service was phenomenal.....looking forward to coming back very soon!

We were just driving through Houston and we stumbled upon an indo-pak fusion restaurant. Definitely will stop by again! The food was amaing! Especially the butter chicken! We tried several items from the menu and we’re definitely impressed with the quality of the flavors and presentation! The staff was so friendly and overall we had a great experience! Thank you!!

The basic Indo-Pakistani cuisine and staples. Pricing was quite good. Restaurant was clean and tidy, including the bathroom area. It's a small buffet but it has all the main staples. Nice spot.

All day buffet and lunch was only $11 with a drink. Food was fresh and good variety. Brought waaay to much naan out fresh to my table, ended up eating it all haha! Highly recommend if you're in the area

Tempura sugarland locations the food wasn't good...most of the things were cold, puris were very stiff, rice was tasteless and mast of the dishes are empty no food refill everything was cold

For family of 5 (3 kids.....12, 9 and 3 yrs) the total came out to be more then $100 Which was ridiculous speically when the food wasn't good...most of the things were cold, puris were very stiff, nihari was tasteless and dont get me started on katacut......we have been going to tempura for eid buffet for the last 4 years but not anymore.

We arrived and were told the buffet was not ready. Once it was served my mom did was cold and the food want properly seasoned. 7 People and everyone's fid tasted fifteenth and was a different trmperature. Won't go back.
