I get hundreds of thousands of views on my reviews so understand it is my honor to leave this review. Hands down the best Wataburger on EARTH. Best team of employees. They were on fire!!! Whataburger needs to study this location and learn their magic. Ruth was the most amazing Human being I've met in quite a while. I was astonished at the amount of folks that came in and gave this woman a hug at the front counter. I had to get me a hug before I left. Food was hot and fresh and perfect. I just can't say enough about store #723. Next time I fly into Texas I'm going out of my way to visit this wonderful family!

This store is accurate, haven't had any issues with incorrect orders. It's also not common for them to skimp on sauces/toppings. The main down side is it gets so busy and can take SO LONG to get your food. Not sure how much they could do about it but there have been times we've chosen to go somewhere else rather than battle the line at Whataburger.

This is one of the nicer Whataburgers in Houston. Its in a easy location to get in and out off the freeway and the food is always super hot and fresh. Great job guys!

Can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me but it was around 1 in the morning and I didn't have a car because I was just in the area for the night and flying out in the AM. It has been over a decade since I've had some delicious Whataburger (especially the honey butter chicken biscuit) and I was having a craving but unfortunately the dining room was closed because of how late it was. so I called in an effort to get a curbside order but was informed that they did not do that so late at night, but that he would hook me up and bring it out the door if I ordered it online.
Thank you to my Whataburger hero that saved me that night. The food, of course was delicious.

Had to try the quintisential Texas experience before I had to go. And so I had to try everything gor the double whataburger, the patty melt, and the whatachicken strips. I have no complaints, they were all very delightful and I left feeling so overly full. Will be back again when I come around!

This is the cleanest Whataburger I've ever found. We stopped in to redeem our coupons from the Library, and were greeted before entering. The young man in the lobby was sweet, and helpful. He kept busy, cleaning, and the restaurant shone, from his cleanliness. Great job!!

This being 5 stars for me was a shock from what I thought I was going to get. Now it’s not a 5 star type of place but with the world today and what you normally get at a fast food place that is open late, near an airport, not the best neighborhood, I honestly was just starving and thought I would walk into a nightmare. Not this time. It was nice to see people actually working in a place like this, management being there at a late hour. I admit no smiling people but still way much better than what I’ve seen in the US since covid days. Thank you for the surprise of having a staff.
