We already know the beers are great, but I didn’t know how good the food was. There are a few breweries around town that offer food but none as good as this. The burger and the fish were the most surprising. I would be happy for get those anywhere. The queso, pretzels and salad were also very good too.
This is a nice place to eat lunch as well with lots of light and a nice vibe. Plenty of parking too - which is great!

Very fun! I actually don't like beer, but this margarita drink was quite tasty and my friend had a flight with the Paloma version. Then we moved on to their Ranch Water, which was lighter. Vegetarian options are very strong, hummus plate was excellent, could easily ask to leave off the cheese and make it vegan. Everything pretzel was also very tasty. We ate in the restaurant, but outside behind the restaurant is more of a beer garden setting with picnic tables and room for kids to run around. Dog friendly.

Karbach offers plenty of space and serves up tasty food and various brews for a solid price. While the parking lot is small, there’s an auxiliary one across the street.
There’s plenty of space at Karbach from the downstairs indoor restaurant area, upstairs event room with balcony, and multiple outdoor seating and activity areas.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Karbach Brewing Co. in Houston, Texas, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into their vibrant biergarten, I knew I was in for a treat.
Atmosphere and Vibe:
The brewery exudes a cool and welcoming vibe, making it an ideal spot for both beer enthusiasts and families. The outdoor area is spacious, with plenty of seating, games, and live music. It’s a place where you can kick back, enjoy a cold brew, and soak in the lively atmosphere.
Quality and Selection:
Karbach takes its craft seriously. Their beer selection is impressive, offering a diverse range of flavors. Whether you’re into hoppy IPAs, rich stouts, or crisp lagers, there’s something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed their Rodeo Clown and Hop Delusion—bold and flavorful choices that didn’t disappoint.
Service:
The staff at Karbach were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the brewing process during the free tour, which was both educational and fascinating. Plus, they didn’t mind our little one tagging along. Kudos to them for being accommodating!
Food:
While the food was EXCELLENT, I’d say it’s the beer that steals the show. The biergarten menu offers tasty bites, but the portions could be a tad more generous for the price. Still, it’s a minor quibble considering the overall experience.
Final Thoughts:

Amazing place in the middle of warehouses. It has a wonderful restaurant and beear tasting place inside. Also outdoor area has games, stages etc. good for any events as well. It is hidden treasure.

Complicated long term relationship with these guys. They're my hometown brewery from years before that went big and got bought by big guys. Still... love their food, had the brie and prosciutto Sammy, and a hazy Hopadillo and their SESH IPA. Again both good beers and great service with Tom at the bar. Beautiful brewery and amazing Biergarden too. I have some pictures of my son and I here over 8 years ago... memories.

Went to the karbachtoberfest it was awesome!!! I accidentally spilled my beer they gave me a new one that was super sweet. Thanks to James and Phillip for being so cool. I highly recommend this place

Service was quick and friendly! Our waiter Jordan gave some great recommendations and there were excellent drink options for us non-IPA drinkers. You can't go wrong with that Everything Pretzel. We ordered the Prosciutto & Fig Pizza and Karbach Burger and they were amazing. Very well balanced and perfectly prepared. The Swag Shop was awesome and had a great selection even though we were there right after Christmas.
Only drawback is y'all are so far from Oklahoma! Can't wait to come back and stay a little longer.

Large, well managed place. Had two flights (2x 5ea) to get a feel for the beer. The beers were well made but a bit….bland and commercial. Nothing stood out. The styles offered were a bit dated, heavy on IPAs. A sour and gose or two. Nothing dark or malty.
Decent sized bar, with good amount of mixed inside seating, and seating outdoors. I went on a Sunday and only the brunch menu was offered for the entire day. I went with a smash burger and it was much like the beer, tasty, well prepared but nothing exceptional. This is a good place to bring folks who are learning about craft beer.

The bartender will over charge you for your meal. I ordered the margarita pizza. On the menu, the list price is $12. He will tack on an additional $2 to the list price. So it was $14 plus tax. No where on the menu, on the signs, does it tell you about up charges. I feel that they should let people know this stuff before they place your order. Then on top of that, the guy got an attitude when I asked politely if they gave a military discount. He said he was sorry but in such an irritated way. As if he was tired of people asking him that question. If people often ask that question, perhaps you saying "I don't think we give military discounts?!" is good enough. That maybe you should ask management and find out for sure so that people can stop asking. The pizza was amazing! The beer was amazing. I had the lemon ginger beer. Some of the best beer I ever had. Amazing!! The surprise charges made me feel like I was looking at an AT&T bill. A convience fee, service charge, ceourtousty tax, crap, crap and more crap. It's enough that we drive out there and spend our hard earn money, they can do with out the unannounced up charges. Stop providing a space on the receipt for a tip if your gonna upcharge everything on the menu. Or at the very least, post the up charges on your menu. Margarita pizza.............$14. Breathing.............$5 Blinking............$3 Coughing................$1000. LAME.........$0.

We had a great experience eating/drinking at the restaurant!! The spinach & feta pizza was good, but the BBQ pulled pork pizza was amazing!!
