Very attentive staff. Who would think this is just a counter-service-restaurant? They even greet at tables and ask if customers need any refill or food. That's a table-service quality for a fraction of price right there. Love it

This morning, we went to this location, and it wasn't busy at all. The service was good and the food was also good.
First, I ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Biscuits. The chicken had very little spice, not enough for me, but it was juicy. The biscuit was flaky and baked to perfection.
Second, I ordered Chicken Minis, and that was delicious. The chicken was juicy and had flavor, and the mini biscuit was sweet and flaky.
Third, I ordered the 10 piece nuggets with Ranch, and it was so good. It's one of my favorite items on the menu. Also, I ordered coffee, which it was ok.
Overall, I'll be back in the future.

Canadian visiting chick-fil-a for the first time. It instantly became my favorite fast food place. The sandwiches are brilliant so is mac & cheese and the half/half lemonade. The customer service is unlike any other fast food place. 5/5

This place was packed. And I expected it to take at least 15 minutes just to order. But they were so efficient, I was able to place my order and get my food in half that time. This owner should be proud of his team!

Had a great dine-in experience. Despite being very busy, it was clean and Nancy, the person working the lobby, made sure we had everything we needed. Chic fil a is the best fast food restruant! No one does chicken better.

I work in the medical field about 10 minutes from chick-fil-a and if I am ever in a rush to get food I’ll come here. I come here at peak lunch ours. Yes, parking is atrocious. Traffic sucks too but they always have a police officer directing traffic so that’s nice. I’ve gotten a few orders wrong before but this is maybe 2 out of 50, and it’s bound to happen in peak hours. But what I love is the staff is wonderful, my fries are always warm, and I never wait more than 5 minutes even at drive through.

It's a Chick-fil-A, it's good and kept clean. This location doesn't have a playground, so it's a no-go for the kids. They're very quick and efficient, even though the location is kind of awkward to get into and out of. Food wise, if you've been to any other Chick-fil-A, you know what to expect.

I walk over here for my lunch break and the service is quick and efficient. The dozen times ive been here ive never had an issue. im not sure who the General Manager is but they are doing a great job along with all the staff.

As much people they have working and running around the drive thru lane taking orders and collecting money, some how this location always manages to forget the entree of a meal, its happened several times! Why go here? Because its the closest one to work! But there shouldnt be a reason why the staff there always forgets something! I have a job too in which i have to execute the best of me! Terrible!

We usually visit this location every Tuesday. I was skeptical to visit today because of the cow appreciation day. I didn't want to have to deal with a long line and slow service, but boy was I wrong! The restaurant was extremely busy. There was a semi-long line, but it went by VERY quickly. The service was awesome and we didn't have to wait longer than usual. I'm very happy that we decided to visit today. The staff handled the event very well. I also want to thank Ms. Debra for taking care of us on our weekly visit. She is so kind to my son and I and even remembers our names and orders. Thank you again and keep up the AMAZING work!

I dine at this location at least once a week with my two little ones ages 1 and 2. The service is always exceptional, we are always treated amazing by all of the staff who are willing to help us to our table, get a high chair, place mats and anything else we need. There is one employee in particular, Michael Washington who always goes above and beyond to provide us with exemplary service. His positive attitude and strong work ethic keep us coming back. Your dining room would not be the same without our beloved Mr. Michael. Great job, Chick-fil-a!

I went for lunch today and there was this lady name Alejandra Diaz working there. She brought my food and I asked if I could have chick fil a sauce. She didn't say anything walked away and roll her eyes. My co-workers and I looked at each other surprised by Ms. Diaz attitude. He came back with the sauces and placed them on the counter without saying anything. She was extremely rude.

This is the fourth time that they forgot my ketchup, i cant eat my biscuits without ketchup. And there was always a long line and keep waiting so long. I came here like 3 to 4 tome per week in early morning and trying to come to work early but they were slow, no fast check out as the other chick fil a in Sugar Land. Also, the one on the speaker sometime she/he NOT on their good mood, they were rude.
