We always having our great time here, beautiful rooftop bars downtown Houston. This is far by the best bar I have been to. Came around 6pm, with beautiful view, get to see the sunset and night life view. Good service, good music and best of all dress up for photo.

The view is great . Service was split. We stayed in the hotel overnight and went up to Z in the afternoon to check it out. The bartender was friendly, but beer was warm, and my wife could not finish her drink because it was so sweet. Even after they added more sour mix. Went back at the end of the night after the ballgame, and the drinks were much better, but the service was horrible. The bartenders were rude, and it took forever to get a drink.

Really nice place. Nice place to take pictures, and you don't want to struggle with parking they offer valet parking for $20.

One of the best rooftop bars in Houston. Great for a drink after work, to take a date or before heading to Minute Maid park. Beers on tap are around $9 and cocktails $15. On the pricier side because you're paying for the view. But plenty of comfortable seating to settle in to watch the sunset.

Really nice rooftop in the downtown area. Parked in the lot across the street $16. It was really windy the night I went but still enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks. Ordered a margherita flatbread, chicken egg rolls and a frozen drink. It was first come seating.

Me & Bay stop n this place while visit'n downtown Texas. Unfortunately we didn't get 2 eat so.. can't rate the food. We got drinks tho. The lady bartender was lame & I didn't like her attitude.🗑 But the scenery was breathtaking!!💯😁

One of the best rooftop bars in Houston for sure. Open air and amazing views. Good music (R&B, HipHop, some pop) However drinks are not fancy - served I plastic cups. Access is through Le Meridien lobby/elevators

The atmosphere here was great, the view was amazing of all the downtown buildings, and the vibe was chill. Really enjoyed it. This is likely a cool place to take people when you are showing someone around Houston, you can see the skyline and enjoy some food and drinks! They did not have any diet or zero free sodas though, that was a bummer as I was hoping to enjoy one of those drinks while with friends. I don’t know if they didn’t have them or if they were had just run out for the night, but I was there at 5 PM so if they’d run out for the night they really did not have a lot of soda options. Regardless, still had a great experience here and hope to return.

This is a must see place! Everyone skips the bar to go straight upstairs! DONT! Hang in the down stairs bar and make sure you ask for Murdock and Greg! They will take good care of you! Amazing service and tons of fun!! Make sure you get a glass of water! It’s better than Starbucks! 10 out of 10!!

The moment you step foot into Zutro, you're instantly cocooned in an enchanting atmosphere of culinary prowess and exceptional hospitality, but nothing could have prepared me for the exquisite gastronomic journey that was the Grilled Salmon Florentine. The dish was presented with a delicacy and artistry that would easily find a home in any gourmet magazine. It was love at first sight, but as the saying goes, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. I took the first forkful, and a symphony of flavors exploded in my mouth. The salmon was flawlessly grilled to perfection, boasting a tantalizing seared exterior that gave way to an incredibly tender, melt-in-your-mouth interior. Each morsel was imbued with a smoky-charred flavor that was subtly divine. The fish, undeniably the star of the show, was fresh and flaky, with a harmonious balance of natural sweetness and a gentle hint of the ocean. But it was the creamy risotto that truly stole the show, transcending what one expects from this humble Italian rice dish. Cooked impeccably, it was velvety and rich, each grain of rice distinct yet amalgamated into a smooth, creamy ensemble. The risotto cradled the salmon like a silk pillow, ensuring every bite had the perfect blend of flavors and textures. The Florentine finish, a blanket of spinach, mushrooms, and tomato cream, added a whole new dimension to this dish. The spinach was fresh and vibrant, bringing a welcomed bitter contrast to the richness of the dish. The mushrooms, cooked to an ideal tender-yet-earthy texture, added a layer of umami depth that was simply sublime.

Looking for a nice chill rooftop vibe with a view, look no further because Z on 23 has it spot on. The music was perfect and the views were too. I would recommend arriving early enough to grab a seat though as the seating was grabbed fairly swift by others.

Great sight lines...especially when the sun starts to go down! I gotta say, the staff was super professional. Special thanks to Murdock (I think that was his name, or something close to it)...he was incredibly kind and attentive.
