We came to Freddy’s for a family dinner out. The food was great. Came out very fast and hot. Some drinks were not available and condiments need to be stocked better. We signed up for the rewards program as well and unfortunately systems were down and were unable to use the code for points in the app
They always do a really good job. I always get the #1 with only ketchup and they have only messed it up once in the 2 years I've been going there. Also the fries are almost always fresh. My favorite fries by far. I also love their cheese curds.
To say the customer service was excellent is an understatement. The gentleman took his time saw that it was our first time here and guided us with our ordered. Told us abt there deals. My new favorite burger. The original double is a must. I loved it with onion rings. My wife loves the turtle sundae is her super favorite. My kids love the skinny fries with the restaurant's own sauce.
Great atmosphere.
I like their burgers! I would rather have a thin meat patty instead of super thick. Freddy's is perfect for my tastes and I get the single patty. Those that prefer a lot of meat should get the double. They put a lot of good stuff on the burger like lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. Really good

Wow! This place puts every other fast food joint to shame. The service is outstanding! The food is everything you expect from Freddy's.

A good place to stop by for fries and desserts. Really love their skinny fries, there's less sodium on them versus McDonald's and they look and taste like the potatoes were fresh before frying. Service was fast and very polite employees. I only took off 1 star because the chicken tenders were flavor
I love Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers. The smashed burgers have that just right amount of char/crustiness from the Maillard reaction. The skinny fries are perfect. The fry sauces are out of this world. I love this place!!
Stopped in the other day and grabbed a large order of burgers. Got to the parking lot and started passing them out and realized we were one short. I walked in and let the young man behind the counter know that we were missing a burger. The team remedied the situation quickly and very politely. This

Their burgers are fabulous, cooked to perfection every time. The fries are so light, thin & crispy!! You won't be able to eat just a few. You'll walk in & need to be wheeled out you'll be so full & satisfied. And let's not forget about the custard!!
