I placed 2 separate orders for my 2 robotics teams during the World championship held at George R Brown. I called several times the week ahead to plan for the event lunches and Chandra was AMAZING! Not only did I enjoy each conversation with her ahead of time, she answered every question and helped along the way. She was always clear & honest about everything I asked. Upon arrival on pick up day, she came right out & greeted me, personally introducing herself and offering a drink given I had literally ran 2 blocks to get the order in the short window I had to pick it up. She offered help loading it out if I needed and was just exceptional! Everything was labeled perfectly, all supplies were there, and the wraps were a HUGE hit with the kids. We had some pretty bad experiences with the other local restaurants so we've shared with everyone we know that this specific Potbelly was the clear winner and the only place we will be ordering from next year. I hope to see Chandra and her team there next year!!

Chicken salad and soup was good. The icecream and butter cookies great! Prices were reasonable for lunch. What makes them stand out is their customer service. They go above and beyond to interact with the customer here. They bring life to an almost lifeless food court on the weekend!

It was a bit trying to find the spot but it's INSIDE THE TOWNS Shopping Center across from Phonetians Restaurant on the 3rd floor... GPS had me running a block for no reason 😑 BUT DESPITE ALL THAT, the cashiers were friendly and greeted upon arrival and had my order fresh and ready! I ordered a group meal and the sandwiches were DELICIOUS, the cookies, fresh and DELICIOUS! I'd go there again

Good place to eat, hard to order for delivery sometimes. The other shop down the street had a mishap and we cancelled the order (this was two days ago for a UHD meeting). We ordered again, but from this shop. They delivered in a timely manner. The delivery person was nice. She was respectful and has good work ethics. I wish I had her name to say who it was.
Next time we will place the order the night before to give you guys a heads up. Thanks!

Some of the best sandwiches ever.! I got the Turkey sandwich. I swear it tasted like a BK Burger. That's a good thing.! Lol service was super nice and quick.! Very convenient location.

Go to mostly for take away to office for lunch. Often see large take away orders for offices waiting for pick up. Fast efficient counter service from friendly staff. Love their salads personally (offer fat free vinaigrette) but most business seems to be sandwich related.

A Wreck sandwich was very good. It was toasted and had the right condiments to set of the flavor. I ordered the Big one with Zapps Salt & Vinegar chips and an Orange Crush.

They have some really funny employees working there. They did seem to have some issue with getting my order correct and not wearing gloves when they corrected it. Other than that, best cookies ever.

The smoked ham and turkey breast sandwiches are pretty good. Evrything on it without the hot peppers is the usual. Their tomatoe, garden vegetable, and chicken noodle soup pairs well with a sandwich. The uptown salad with the Potbelly's vinegarette is incredible. Once in a while, customers are welcomed with a singer playing an acoustic guitar. I thought that was pretty cool.

Potbelly � Great sandwiches but terrible wait times. They definitely need to find a way to streamline their toppings and checkout. Adding the online ordering hasn't helped because there's no 3rd cashier. Now, one cashier has to split their time between online customers vs. in line customers. That sucks and has added to the chaos. �
