Stopped in for a quick bite the other night with and I must say that I was impressed with the customer service that was shown. The manager Brad was very hospitable and patient with us even while my kids were being pretty hangry. Will definitely be coming back!

Best Chinese I ever taste.I never taste Chinese noodles ,but the Chicken Pad Thai with the rice noodles was sweet and delicious. My favorite is also the shrimp fried rice,everything is rich and moist and very shareable.

I am a HUGE Pei Wei lover!! It’s my absolute favorite restaurant and when ever I need a pick me up, i head straight here!! The food is always amazing and recently the workers have been so sweet. My go to order is the teriyaki chicken and it is bomb!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it!! I have made so many memories at various Pei Wei’s and if you have never been here I 100% recommend it!!!! amy recommendations are teriyaki chicken or the won ton soup. I literally can’t say enough about Pei Wei because it is literally AMAZING!!! If i could eat here everyday I would. There is something about their sodas that make it so good. I’m not sure what it is but the soda always slaps. Everything Pei Wei is amazing and I love it so much!!!!!!

My kids love the Lo Mein. I get takeout from here all the time. My food is always ready quickly. And now I get United miles for my purchases along with the Pei Wei rewards program. Couldn’t be happier👍🏻

I just came for lunch and ordered kung Pao shrimp. It was fantastic! Amazingly fresh and perfect in every way. Lightly cooked veggies, lightly crisp shrimp. Never had Pei Wei this good before.

The customer service, politeness but not over the top to where u feel uncomfortable……personable employees kind of thing and the food was awesome and came out in an expeditions manner…… if I could give it 5.2 stars I would based on my experience I don’t know if I have just had so much bad luck elsewhere but again I had an awesome experience….. would recommend this location n a second!

This is the worst location in Houston. I waited almost 30 minutes for my to go order. It was not a complicated order, just some king pao chicken. I watched several people place larger to go orders after me & get their food first. Thank goodness for the Waugh location which has always been much more timely and pleasant, I can without a doubt say I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're hungry & looking to grab something relatively quick

Your new orange chicken is not wei better. The old orange peel recipe was much more to my tastes. This new stuff is way too sweet; plus no vegetables come with it, not even a piece of raw broccoli. I ordered a pork eggroll to go with it, and they didn't bring it until after I had the entree. Something like that happens every, single time I go in there. It makes me not want to come back. Especially, since I can't get the orange peel recipe anymore.
