Visiting Karma Kolache in Houston, Texas, as a New Yorker with Guyanese heritage was a delightful fusion of familiarity and discovery. Being a connoisseur of diverse culinary landscapes, I was genuinely impressed with the variety and the finesse with which each kolache was prepared. The blend of sweet and savory options made choosing just one a delightful dilemma. The flavors were rich and comforting, a delightful mingling of textures and tastes reminiscent of home, yet uniquely Texan.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience, their southern charm was a comforting embrace compared to the hurried interactions back in New York. The cleanliness and relaxed ambiance of the place made it a cozy retreat to enjoy the culinary delights.

Amazing small kolache and donut place!! The entrance was decorated for Christmas and had a great atmosphere. The jalapeño popper, Buffalo chicken, and strawberry cream cheese kolaches were on point!!!! The bacon and egg kolache could definitely use some flavor on the eggs but besides that delish!!! I would go here over kolache factory ANYDAY!!!!

I tried their brisket kolache and their jalapeno popper kolache. Both were good and very filled! The donuts smelled delectable, although I did not get to try one this time around. Next time for sure!

Ever since I moved to the area I’ve visited Karma and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everything they make is handmade and fresh. My favorite is the jumbo spicy sausage and the kronut. I also like that they have a rewards system so every once in a while I get a free treat

I love this place! the vanilla iced coffee is so good, the sausage & cheese kolache’s have this slight sweet flavor because of the dough, the donuts are so soft & perfectly glazed. Literally NEVER FAILS ME

I can't believe I been driving by this place for years and never know it was there until a friend told me about it.
Kolaches, breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts they are all very tasty. The staff is very friendly and the place was clean. My wife and I will definitely be coming back often.

I have visited twice here and both times the doughnuts 🍩 are on point. Like .....melt in your mouth good ! Both times the associates were helpful and explained things patiently. I forgot to take a picture of the food the second time but I had a sausage egg and cheese “roll”... I know that’s not what it is called but it was really good too I just had to add a little salt. I signed up for the rewards program and got a free doughnut on my first purchase and a free iced coffee the second time! I would definitely recommend visiting this place !

Update: as if I couldn't say enough good things about this place, I'm here to say some more... lol the frappes are to die for! They have this one flavor called red velvet frappe and O-M-G! Heaven in a cup. You have to check these guys out. Ima warn you now tho, don't have the male there make it. Let the ladies handle it. They do it best. I want you to get the best experience when you try them out. You'll thank me later!
Hands down the best donut shop in Houston! I can't believe how amazing their food is here and fresh!? Let me tell ya, so fresh. I eat here every single morning now since it is right next to where I live.. you have to try their chocolate covered donuts or their cream cheese and strawberry Danish. To die for. Great job who ever owns this store. You done well

Best kolaches ever! Love this place� fruit kolaches are amazing and so are the cinnamon rolls. Love the friendly staff and the owner is amazing and knows exactly how to treat customers to keep them coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent, tasty, different than your normal boring kolache. This is the place!
