I am very glad I tried this place. The burger was juicy and flavorful. Good sized patty that was well cooked. They did no over sauce. The veggies seemed fresh. It’s been on my list a while but I always seemed to put it off. The waffle fries were also well cooked and had good flavor. Prices were very fair too.
Plenty of parking and seating which is nice. Most importantly though, their bathroom was super clean! That is always a nice show of attention to the small things.

Some of the biggest most juiciest burgers I've ever had!!! I love the atmosphere and workers here everyone is very cheerful and welcoming the portions are amazing and reasonable prices keeps me coming back time after time I'm thankful to work next to them at Rumor Has It Spa and be able to walk right there and get a bag of greatness! Walked in ready to devour the whole menu. But I settled just for a double cheeseburger and waffle fries. Everything was on point and cooked well. Plenty of seating with some interesting history on the wall. Also you can enjoy television with your meal.

A Wednesday afternoon, my daughter and i got hungry. We didn't want the regular fast food so we decided to try something new. We saw this restaurant nearby called Southwell's Hamburger grill. We were welcomed mannerly. We went to the register, it was pretty clean, neat and organized. This young lady- she had long hair, with glasses, average height, had taken our order. We personally didn't know what to order, she took the time to explain the whole menu, what the food is, and what the plate contains, her costumer service was amazing ! She recommended a certain dish for my daughter and i- for my daughter she recommended a kids grilled cheese sandwich, and for me as an adult a jalapeños burger, with both waffle fries, and a delicious brownie ! She personally took our plates to the table, with such care and educated manners. She made sure everything was okay with our order, made sure we had refills, and to call her back if we needed anything else. THE TASTE OF THE FOOD WAS AMAZING !! DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND AND COME BACK TO THIS PLACE !!!

VERY good. My cheeseburger came out hot and fresh, with generous cold, crisp condiments. They offer cheddar instead of American, and my burger was literally dripping with it. The onion rings were big, perfectly golden, and perfectly battered. Note: online menu prices are inaccurately low, but the food is fantastic.

The facility is clean and the service was good. They have large family photos that decorate the walls. Ordered a regular cheeseburger, blue cheese burger, waffle fries, onion rings, large soda, and a large shake. The burger came well dressed with lots of veggies. The patty was a bit on the thin side but overall the burger was good. I saw a guy eating a double bacon cheeseburger and that looked huge. The fries and onion rings were tasty and the chocolate shake was thick and delicious. Overall I would come back and would recommend this for good diner type food.
