I was visiting Houston after being gone for eight years and Pappa’s BBQ was on my list. They did not disappoint and the food (Brisket Potato) was just was good when I used to live there.
The food here was amazing! The portions size is great! We had a special with Wings and 12 baby back ribs! We ordered a couple of sides (separately) to go with the food and there was enough to take home. No sauce was needed but the tangy spicy mustard bbq sauce tasted great as a dipping sauce. I will
Really enjoyed everything here. Food is what you expect, good barbecue, great sides, awesome baked potatoes. The service we were provided was amazing. The lady gave us the best advice on what to get and was kind all the way through. Atmosphere feels great as well. Thumbs up
I went here Sunday after church and ordered a pulled pork meal and fries with drink and it was awesome. That watermelon drink wow! Fries on point. I’ll be back!! Thanks great customer service.
Pretty great even when service is less than stellar. Unfortunately this particular visit made me sad because it wasn’t on par with what Pappa’s is known for. Great food, great service, fun and casual atmosphere. I’ll go back and hope for a better experience

I'm from Wisconsin so maybe I know very little about BBQ, but the brisket from Pappas is like a drug. The smoked wings were pretty good but, sorry, not touching my top 10. The memory of the potato salad still lingers. I love the salad bar where you can help yourself to different types of pickled on
