Food was off the chain. Had the Shimp and Roslast Beef poor boy and 2 of the fully loaded bloody Mary's. Bloody Mary's was like a meal in to self. See pictures attached. Overall great place and will be back when in Houston.

The fries were delicious. They had a choice of Louisiana or Texas-Mex flavor crawfish. I got the Tex-Mex. It was different, but very flavorful. The kid's meals were a good portion. The waitress was pleasant and efficient.

This BB’s location is one of the better ones with lots of indoor seating. The crawfish here is always really good with their signature flavor! They also have plenty of tasty sides and other entrees. Their service is very good! Sabrina was very attentive.

1st time visiting...great atmosphere & staff. I had the fish & Shrimp which were both cooked how I like it. Very favorable. I really enjoyed the food. Hubby tried the gumbo & it wasn't bad plus he had red beans & rice with fish as well. He enjoyed it as well. It was plenty to where we both left with to go plates. Just about everybody in there was killin the crawfish so my mind is made up...when returning to Houston I'm going back to try the crawfish. They have to be delicious if 98% of the people was eating them. I mean lip smacking, finger licking, head sucking searching their trays for anymore left🤣🤣. Thank you all for a great experience.

Get the Boudin Nachos! They are Amazing. Though the staff was super friendly, I feel like the bartender (we sat at the bar) was trying to play too many roles and service slipped a bit. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

If you’re in H-town, BB’s is an ok spot to go. It’s NOT the average La seafood NOR the portions! Our waitress was the bomb of course , cause she was from NOLA. NO this is NOT black own & it’s also a chain restaurant, so u CAN find VERY MANY of them! The atmosphere was what I expected seafood & La. pictures. The service was sturdy. She made show we were good, checking to see if we needed ANYTHING. The portions of the food was filling, but just know: they cut their catfish fillets in half, so you’re REALLY getting strips. FYI: the empanadas are JUST mini crawfish pies, but with shrimp & alfresco sauce added. Those were different & DELICIOUS MUST try 😋😋😋

This location was great! The crawfish was fresh and delicious and our waiter Zachary was so attentive and friendly. The only con I have was the cleanliness of the bathroom which always makes me question other areas that are out of sight. However, other than that the food was delicious and service was great.

So glad to see that they still had crawfish late in the season 🦞. The service was fast and friendly and the prices were outstanding also. 5lbs of delicious crawfish for just $35. Can’t be beat.
The kids meals with chicken were also a great value. Can’t wait to come back here again. Maybe tomorrow. 😁

DELICIOUS!!! When I tell you these crawfish were good they were seasoned well.
I had a craving for some crawfish but most places lately have been disappointing. I pulled in the parking lot and called in my order. The young lady who answered the phone was so nice and friendly. She answered all my questions with out hesitation and didn't sound frustrated with my questions.
They have a special going on 5lbs for $35. I also got fried and a sausage link. That is a steal! My order was ready in 20mins. These crawfish were huge and had a lot of meat. I didn't even need extra butter or seasoning because the meat itself was seasoned very well. I was even able to such the head. The did not taste dirty at all so that lets you know they clean their crawfish! The sausage was good too. I would definitely order my crawfish from there again. Now I want to try their crab legs.

Everything tasted great. The nachos tasted great. The tostada was amazing. The service was amazing. Not too busy for a Sunday! Definitely a spot you have to give a try!

I just left this establishment, and was served spoiled seafood. I ordered the “ Applewhite “ which is Blackened catfish covered with shrimp and crawfish etouffee. Served over white and dirty rice with garlic bread. Once eating the dish Immediately noticed a very fishy smell but figured it was seafood so didn’t pay much attention. After continuously eating the meal I noticed a foul smell and my stomach started to tighten and turn. I immediately call the waiter “ Candice “ and asked her to smell the dish. SHE IMMEDIATELY apologized and took the dish from the table after noticing the seafood was indeed SPOILED!. 3 minutes after I’m suddenly running across the restaurant for the nearest restroom to vomit! Which was embarrassing! The manager came to the table and said that she would remove the meal from the bill and give a “ Voucher “ for the next visit �. I immediately left paying for the appetizer and the drinks. I most definitely will not be returning to NO LOCATION of BB’S this has been a horrible experience! I understand on Wednesday’s people are primarily there for the crawfish special , that doesn’t mean neglect the rest of the dishes. Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning.

Just didn't measure up to the Heights or Upper Kirby locations.... Service was sub par, which led to super delayed introduction of the server, delivery of food and drinks, which led to food being semi- cold... And they weren't even that busy!!! Food was good tho... Just would've wanted it hot and fresh!

Service today was horrible! I brought my parents who are from out of town. Didnt bring my food until 30 minutes after appetizers, never brought my drink, never refilled my parents drinks or brought dressing for their food. Spoke to the manager related to service and she did absolutely nothing. Mili was the server and she definitely needa to find another career. Deeply disappointed!

It is very sad the customer service my wife received from the manager on duty at this location. My wife placed a to go order of chicken/sausage gumbo and when she returned home it was seafood gumbo. So we call down there and they were very rude to my wife and told her she would have to drive back to the store so they could see that it’s seafood gumbo. We have been coming here for years and never had any issues at all but we won’t be back to this location ever again.

Went to this location the other day, my friend and I were fiending for crab legs. Decided to go to this location, because it's closer to my house. But I usually go to White Oak location or every now and then the one on Richmond. We started off with gumbo and fried boudain balls, which were good. BUT, the crab legs were awful. I have had the crab legs at the other locations many times, and these were horrible. I immediately asked the server is the sauce on the crab legs the same as the sauce they use for their crawfish and she said yes. This tasted very sour. When I took a bite of the corn I had to spit it out, it was vey rancid tasting. I don't know if it was the sauce that was not fresh or the corn. But something in that dish was spoiled! I alerted the server Mimi to my concern, and she immediately said she knew what I was speaking of because "sometimes the corn is cooked with bad potatoes". Wow, and this is what you serve to your guests. I also brought it to the attention of the manager, Brandon. He said he was going to check it out and let us know, well we waited for at least 20 minutes for assurance from him that nothing was spoiled, but he never came back to the table.
We, paid for everything including the rancid dish and as we were walking out, we see the manager, who never took the time to come back over to our table to update us. He then said he tried everything "except for the corn" and it tasted fine.
I will never, ever go back to that location again, poor managerial customer service and even poorer food quality. I've heard from a number of people that BB's quality has gone downhill in general, this location definitely is not up to par with the ones I frequent!

This place is wonderful.They were very much lived up to my expectation the food was on point the drinks were great and the bartender made sure we was attended at all times and gave us good menu item ideas I will definitely be coming back here in the future to get the shrimp and grits nobody in town make them as good as they do I love it on scale the one to ten there are a 10 to me

The food was phenomenal .I am from Louisiana and I finally found the right place to go for a great po' boy and red beans and rice. Our server Will was great and very intentive . They definitely have our business in the future.

Went with the girlfriend expected good Cajun food. Ordered a po boy was ok and girlfriend fried shrimp she liked I didn't like the crusty batter. Got a couple of drinks each. Overall ok give it 3 out of 10. Reason why I was not expecting a 84.00 Bill plus tip spent 90.00 dollars for lunch waaaayyyyy overpriced expecting 40-50 with drinks. I forgot also 2 cups of small gumbo
