We had a wonderful breakfast here yesterday. I wish we had gotten the name of the talented short-order cook, who made me a delicious omelet, at the same time he made my husband a buttermilk pancake. And he was making another patron a breakfast sandwich, and also some other kind of specialty pancake for a 4th person. He was working on a large, flat griddle. Watching him perform his magic was almost as much fun as eating it!
