The Del

Absolute 10/10 experience. Literally the best Italian food I've ever had. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and wish I could eat that every single day. Definitely worth the hour drive to get there. The outdoor seating area was so cute too with flowers and plants all around. Love this place!!!

We had a good dinner here tonight. I had the rigatoni rustica and it was excellent. My husband had the pork chop and he enjoyed it, but wished the asparagus had been served on the side, as the flavor kind of took over the other components of the dish. Service was good and the patio was comfortable despite it being a bit cold out. We will definitely be back.

IIRC the owner of this place was also the owner of La Vista. It seems the owner is trying to continue and bring some of the La Vista foods here too. So if you were a fan of La Vista you will probably be a fan of Del Vista. Good selection of beer and wine is available. We had the Prisoner wine and it was priced cheaper than we had seen it at other restaurants. I had the Lasagna made with brisket. I told myself “I will only eat half”.. but in the end I ate it all! Our table also ordered the salmon on polenta which was fabulous and the trout special with roasted corn and mashed potatoes. It all tasted fabulous. For dessert we shared the banana pudding and it was perfect for sharing. Here is to hoping Del Vista is around for a very long time!!!

Not your typical bar food! The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable on the menu / daily deals, the margaritas were strong, but still had great flavor that masked the booze. Reasonably priced for portions and quality. Will be returning soon to try more! We had the calamari, some drinks and chicken Alfredo / chicken mushroom pastas. :)
