What can you say about an IHOP? This one was a delight. We received a welcome greeting upon entrance and our server was kind and very attentive. The food tasted great and my fish looked exactly like the photo. Definitely would frequent this one.

Our server was very nice and came by several times. The food was really good, especially for how late we were there (I had the crepes) and I really enjoyed my experience. Definitely will be coming back with how great it was :)
I liked the presentation and the service . My only issue is that they were out of the cinnamon bun crepe I wanted to order. The substitution was ok, but not something I would order I. The future.

We visited tonight and ordered pancakes. Our server, Hind, was very kind and courteous, kids loved her. She came by several times and provided timely service. Much appreciated. 5 star service.

This location has no thrills period It is an older building but still clean.
Easily seated with outside seating as well. Attentive smiling faces awesome greeting upon entering by staff. Intimate diner style set up makes it feel cozy almost took a lite nap session.
Good place overall, food was made to order super good, and service was great, just the place could use an upgrade, get the expresso machine like the other IHOP lol.
