The food here is so delicious, I think about it regularly. I tell people about this restaurant but I don't want everyone to know. Lol. I don't want Demeris to run out of that good brisket and ribs when I visit. Actually, we are getting our company to cater an order soon for employee appreciation week. But I'll be there this weekend. Lol. Can't wait.

I work for Liquid Environmental Solutions and we service their grease traps. There was no food available to me at the time, although I asked to place an order, but everyone was very busy and I'm sure it was overlooked. Although I must say, I was really excited about some sliced brisket sandwiches. It all looked and smelled so good. That said, I cannot speak on the food quality. I can say that all of the personnel I met were extremely friendly. It was a very busy place. I was there prior to dine in service actually opening, but everyone was very busy working away and preparing catering orders. One kind lady, on my way out, provided me a lemonade.

Excellent place. Have tried the 3 meat menu. The corn and potatoes salad is amazing. Everything was delicious. The sausages are great and the staff is super friendly

Demeris catered with box lunches for my company and they were goooood. The brisket sandwich they made was nice and packed. A good portioned sandwich for sure. The barbecue sauce was quite good, too. They made over 100 boxes, so I'm glad they were consistently good. Got a lot of good feedback from the employees. Not sure what the cost was, but I imagine it was reasonable. Wouldn't mind going to the actual restaurant to try it out some time.

I have been in Houston, staying with my son who is being treated at M D Anderson. We searched for a place to eat tonight found Demeris Bar BQ. The food was good and the service was quick and everyone was very courteous.
