Love the concept of donating a portion of the proceeds. Nice U shaped bar, so plenty of surface area to get service. Generally they have 2-3 bartenders, so the wait time is not too bad.

Super fun bar with a great bonus: supporting charitable initiatives. The bar has everything from tasty craft beers to amazing cocktails. The Empress Gin and Tonic is fabulous. Also, there is a mural of Saint Dolly Parton. Enough said. Go here, enjoy.
