Informative, Educational!! Only reason rating it 4, because we expect certain information which has to be delivered by some specialist, but once you enter there you will be on your own. There are models, boards of info and they run some basic shows about science and history, that s great. It s all flooded with info. Science and space-lover will get most out of it, other than them if going there than it is like an exhibition of space stuff.

So glad I made the trip here, definitely bringing the kiddos next trip to Houston. Prices were reasonable $30 for adults and $5 parking. There was quite a few people considering we are still in a pandemic but everything seemed clean, organized and safe. Add this to your bucket list!

It was an amazing and lifetime experience to visit NASA Space Center Install the NASA Space center app before reaching there. It will make your experiences even better. On this app you can see all the times of every event that day. And you can schedule your tram tour times. Schedule your tram tours around the movies and the shows. We LOVED the Space movie we watched in the theatre. And we loved the stage show about astronauts. We only did the Blue tram tour. It did drop us at the Rocket Park while coming back. We stayed to look at the Rocket and that was the best part. Then someone there told us that we didn't need to do the red tram tour because we had already been to the rocket park. So that saved time for us. Cafeteria had only grab and go stuff. So I wish we'd taken some food with us. We used a coupon from our hotel lobby which gave us $5 off of each ticket. So it was $19.99 per child under 12 and 24.99 for adults after discount.

Traveled from out of state to see the sights at the space center. We decided to do the 9am guided tour for $70. It was definitely better than self exploration, our guides were helpful and knowledgeable, the only recommendation I would have for them is maybe some type of microphone set up so you can hear them better with the masks. I hope the level 9 tours come back because those sound like the best. Also download the app so you can listen to the audio extras that make the experience even better

Amazing place, all about science and human development and our thirst for exploration and pushing boundaries. So many fascinating objects you can see and touch. I felt so small and insignificant (in a good way) when I was standing next to one of the rockets. You can spend hours in here and still don't have enough. A great place for both adults and children.

Having done Kennedy Space Center in Florida many times, I was very excited to see what was going to be on display in Houston - after all how famous is the saying "Houston we have a problem"! As far as value goes, the space center and Houston was great, a fraction of the price of a day out at Kennedy space center. I went with my wife and 10 year old boy and 13 year old girl who have also been to Kennedy space center and we all agreed the experience was a very different, in a good way. I would say the experience is more of a half day than full day, but the much lower cost makes this great value. The rocket garden is smaller, but the Saturn 5 rocket is still mind blowing in terms of scale. I would also say the main complex was very interactive and fun and unlike Kennedy, they had presentations from real astronauts throughout the day for free! At Kennedy that was another $70+ dollars each, although you did get a buffet lunch. The only negative on the whole day, was the exit where they try and sell you an overprice photo badly composited over a fake background. With a real Saturn 5, and a 747 with real space shuttle sitting on the top, why not get a nice photo in front of that? But on honestly every venue does this today and it's a personal annoyance, the space center is a great day out, the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A must see whilst in Houston.

Awesome and informative tours which will tell you more about the history of the place, the space program, and cool new initiatives (eg see the astrobot). The tram tour is very long and at least half of your time is spent corralling people back on, but it's quite nice to see the different space components from behind the glass and also the Saturn rocket that is still in working condition! Similarly there's an AR app to see more into it. The actual center itself is pretty fun with lots of interactive activities and booths!

Substantial amount of information. The app is pretty poor, so gave up on it for the Augmented reality queues near the into points. Need at least 3 hours to enjoy the site. No food being served so had to leave for lunch.
