Food was good I had the lemon pepper shrimp was great I also had the red beans and rice it had bits of sausage in it but it was sweet so that threw me off. My daughter who's 3 had the chicken alfredo she loved it and it was a huge portion for a kids plate. Service was great the man was super helpful
Food is amazing, and I love their crab cakes. Always worth it going here. Plus the owner is always incredibly friendly and kind. Last time I went I forgot my wallet, and came back and they had everything ready to go for me!
Had lunch and everyone food was good! Service was also great! The lunch menu had a lot to choose from and all reasonably priced. Will be back soon
10/10. Best seafood I have had in a while! I love this place!!! I wish I could tell the world about it! Great service, friendly staff, amazing food! Only good things to say about here.
First time eating here. We sat looking at reviews while we waited, and saw that slow service was a common issue. The waiter is also the owner, and possibly the cook. We ordered a variety of items, the fried alligator appetizer, the boudin ball appetizer, the catfish and etouffee lunch special (with
Food is delicious. I didn’t know that I liked Cajun food until I tried the food here. The red beans and rice were the best I have ever eaten. The fried shrimp and oysters sooo good. I grew up eating beans and rice and fried seafood. Never knew it could be that good?…
This place is a hidden gem. Kinda old school diner style spot but dont let that fool you, the service is on point and attentive. I had the crab cakes in butter sauce and they are so delicious and go great with the diet rice and crawfish etouffee. Also the boudin balls are very tasty. My daughter ha
Excellent place to come for some wonderful cajun food. No matter what you get it will be delicious. We got The Langostinos(crawfish), The blackened snapper opelousas, our kid got the chicken tenders and fries and the bread pudding. It was all 'chefs kiss' delicious.
Crawfish Review- Lafayette Cajun has good crawfish, medium large and no fishy smell. The seasoned boil mix for some reason is dry when the crawfish are served, no boil mix to be seen at the bottom of the serving plate. Small corn and potato. The drawn butter is the best I've ever seen or tasted at a
I had the Grilled Redfish Toulouse. It was good but the fish seemed just a little overcooked. The sauce and dirty rice that came with it were very good though. My wife had the crawfish and shrimp etouffee and she said it was excellent. The seafood fondue appetizer was delicious as well. We will be
Excellent seafood! Even the lunch menu has all of the favorites that I enjoy eating. The fondue is extra special for everyone.
Very good food. I had the pan snapper imperial. There fried calamari was so delicious as well.
Always love eating here. Lots of sea food, really cheap, and really delicious. It's family owned and the owner waits on you himself, so service can be slower when it is busy.
Nice place, great food. We went a day with a country band but waiters were not prepared to have a crowded place. They were turning crazy with so many people. Recommended. Again another day and was much better.
It's Delicious, first time my husband went in this place. The waiter is attentive and can take the order quick bring food quick It's worth.
