We were wondering how we have never come to this place before. The food, service and atmosphere were all splendid and couldn’t ask for a better Friday night dinner after shopping at Meyerland plaza. The Chips with dip were so crunchy and fresh. We order the chicken fajita 1/2 pound and it was plenty enough for 2 people. The food has an authentic style cook and the corn tortillas looked like it was made fresh. I highly recommend this place for a fun family Mexican restaurant dinner.

Really good food and some of the best Rita's in H Town. Solid, attentive, friendly servers. Food arrives timely and hot. 2 good salsa varieties, thin chips not greasy. Busy, bustling place almost always (been dining here for over 40 years). You won't be disappointed giving them a try if you like Tex Mex food.

Los Tios is a great Mexican restaurant with a cozy and homelike atmosphere. The s, and the food is very nice. The margaritas are especially good, and they're sure to give you a buzz. The restaurant is usually busy, so it's a great place to go if you're looking for a lively atmosphere. I highly recommend Los Tios to anyone looking for a lively atmosphere.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. I researched local restaurants for lunch and found this great place. Not only did they set up tables for 20+, but they set us away from the other customers. Allowing privacy for all. Food was perfect. Staff were very helpful!

It wad moderately busy when I went for lunch but I was seated and served my mimosa right away. I ordered a combo plate and that cam less than 15 minutes later. Everything was delicious and ambiance was cool. Definitely a place I'd take out of town family for lunch.

You pay for what you get meaning this place for a first time customer was excellent. Service was above and beyond. Staff was regularly checking on us, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Food was excellent and will probably return.

Nothing special and nothing impressive. You can find any Mexican restaurant has the similar flavor. I ordered chicken but they brought beef which fine. It was a quick lunch and the price is really reasonable. I think the price and food matches.

This place was the favorite restaurant close to my nephews' house and was their favorite place as kids. They came to town for the holidays and of course wanted to visit. Food quality is very good and service got quite an improvement. Kids said it is not the same. They still have the yummy green salsa!

Los Tío's never disappoints! The Meyerland location stays fairly busy, so if you have a larger group, definitely call in and make a reservation, or you'll be waiting for a while. Great variety of vegetarian options, and the veggie fajitas are some of my absolute favorites!

Good experience and quality food. Everyone was nice here. The unsweetened tea and enchiladas were great.
A tad more pricey than other Mexican restaurants but nothing to break the bank and I'd return again.

I have a mixed review for this place. Our waiter was really nice. The tortilla soup is outstanding! Sadly sadly they make the worst skinny margarita I have ever had. My partner did not like his cheese enchiladas. There were mixed reviews all around our table.

The food was amazing, we been looking for the perfect enchiladas with gravy and cheese... we found it. The enchiladas al carbon... perfect. The margaritas were also good. Very satisfied with the food, the enviroment, and the service. Got a rita on the house too!! Must visit for an all around great dining experience.

The taco shell is amazing. I don't remember it being so fantastic! Of course the puffy queso is what they are known for. I would eat these 2 items daily!
I was disappointed with the cheese enchilada, which was hard. The beans and rice are typical. The chalupa, aka tostada (thank you taco bell) was ok. Would be better if it was with taco meat.

We enjoyed a couple lunch specials. My wife had the tortilla soup and a salad, both were very good. I went with and enjoyed a cheese enchilada and a bee fajita taco, also a lunch special. Pick two items off the lunch menu, you have 8 choices, all of which come with rice and beans. She ordered a lunchie margarita and we ended up getting two, guess the waiter misheard our order....probably won't order one of these again.....too small for $5.99.

Positives! Excellent service and our waiter was really nice! He even brought us some pralines on the house. I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant; it feels homey. The art on the wall is plus!
Negative: the food was just meh. I know it’s Tex Mex, but it was a little too Tex for my Mex tastebuds 😂 the portion sizes are good though.

Went in for a me snacks and a couple of drinks, better be out by 6:30 or crowds awaiting tables or coming into the bar get thick ! Simply come a tad earlier! Did enjoy atmosphere with music C&W ! Kinda reminded of folks coming to the bar in the 80's ? Lol
