Wow great stuff. The queso is super good along with the tacos I had. My wife and the guacamole and it is very solid. If you are down town you should check this place out.

sweet potato fries are really good! you can mix & match the hot sauces and it's always a great sauce selection. two tacos should be enough for anybody. the salad is HUGE. Gets a pretty good crowd during peak lunch hours so come early/late.
Overall:
Simple concept and easy-to-order menu. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Good tacos and they are pretty fast at filling your order. Trendy but professional enough for a coworker lunch.

Our office works lately frequently and order from here pretty often. The food is great and the mix of flavors are great. I've never been disappointed with one of their tacos and the menu keeps growing. Since we order to go, we don't deal with the staff too much but always get a sense that we are bothering the owner by placing an order. Sorry for putting money in your bank....

All I can really say about Fusion Taco is wow….just wow. First off we were welcomed with absolutely stellar service. Julia is the co-owner, and she was right there in the front, at the register, ready to take my order. It’s not very often you see an owner being that involved in every aspect of the business. I could definitely tell it wasn’t just because I was there to write a review, she does that daily. Throughout our time there I saw her cleaning up, running the register, the bar…she’s got it down,
Our waiter was just as awesome! He was attentive, professional, and personable. He did a great job making sure we were taken care of, had a little small talk, and let us to our meal.
Julia started bringing out food. Wow. We tried the salsa, guacamole, and what I believe was called the Corn Salsa. I LOVED that corn salsa! The flavors blend so well, it’s really to die for. Guacamole is fresh and perfectly seasoned. Roasted Red Salsa is spicy, but that’s how I like it!
Now as I looked over the Fusion Taco Menu I was really surprised at the prices…WAY lower than I would have imagined! You are getting top of the line food at near fast food prices. If I lived in Houston, I guarantee you Fusion Taco would be heavy on the lunch rotation! The tacos are full of goodies, very filling (I ordered 2 and couldn’t finish) and they range from only $3-$4 each! All seafood is purchased locally so it is fresh!
Where else can you get an amazing meal and a cold beer all while in a laid back atmosphere?

Eating here turned in to a very happy accident. Ordered their 2 taco w/ side and drink. They tacos were awesome, the queso was awesome and the lemonade? awesome! The staff was super friendly and while dining in I watched them deal with a pretty difficult "customer" without much fuss. This place is definitely high on my list!

Warning: these aren't your traditional tacos. But, they sure are tasty! Very interesting fusion and inspirations from various flavors! It can get busy at times but the staff keeps the line moving fast. A great small space to enjoy some great food!

First time visitor, we ordered the Tex-Mex Angus Steak taco, Asian Angus Steak taco, and Chili Con Queso & Chips. Both tacos were delicious and the meat was very tender for taco meat. The environment is a relaxed casual one with seating inside and outside. Restaurant is located right next to a park downtown with a dog park. Overall satisfied with food quality, taste, location, and cost.

Being Mexican American... I am a fan of all Tacos... eaten them in all regions of Mexico. But have rarely eaten infused tacos... these are very good. I'm impressed with the Asian taste... I highly recommend this place. The Asian Steak and Chicken masala are their best.

Delicious tacos full of interesting ingredients, incredible chips and salsa, and a nice drink selection. You order at the counter, but they are attentive once you sit down (assuming you're not getting it to go). Prices are similar to Torchy's.

I had the 2 tacos a side and a drink. The guacamole and chips was good. The brisket taco was also good. I would recommend it again. But the tilapia Taco was okay. the tilapia tasted good, but the topping wasn't to Bueno. There was something sweet that threw off the tast of the fish. price was also pretty good. But my friend ordered a taco that was eggs Rancheros and it was one fried egg with two small pieces of sausage and that was also not to Bueno. Anybody can fry an egg and put two small pieces of sausage in a tortilla. The question for that taco here is where was the rancheros. If the people of this business reads this huevos rancheros is fried eggs in a tomato, chili and onion sauce.

Fusion Taco never disappoints. Their combo item is their most popular and it comes with two soft shell tacos stuffed to the rim, a side, and a drink for $12 (after tax). I prefer the steak & shrimp, but the duck is good as well.

I loved the creative tacos...the Indian flavors are on point with the lamb keema taco. The tempura shrimp was tasty and the wasabi was a nice touch. I will definitely try the chicken tikka taco next time! Served with naan bread as the taco shell. I do agree with the reviews saying that the veggies stuffed on top are way to much for the amount of meat but seriously!? Are people that high maintenance that they can't pull some extra lettuce off of their taco?

Ate there yesterday with a couple of band mates. Ended up sampling each other's orders when each raved over it. Crab & shrimp quesadilla, shrimp tempura & lamb tacos, corn & red salsa and the salads were each unique and so flavorful. Definitely going back next time in Houston.

Handy after the Art Car Parade. Reasonably quick service even though they were crowded. Very tasty taco combinations and chips and guacamole and sweet potato fries. Will definitely come here again.
