I’ve always found that if ya want the best burgers ya gotta go to a mom & pop place. Fast food burgers only do so much & those national chain locations, while a step up from fast food burgers again only go so far in that they fill your need for a burger but they’re never anything to brag about. A good family owned place always give ya the best burgers you’ll find without a doubt. That brings me to the Hubcap Grill. Me & my wife had talked about stopping out here & trying it out after hearing so much about it. Well thanks to missing our turn we were right there. Being we were hungry & already going to grab something to eat we pulled in and walked up. After reading the menu for quite some time (so many options first timers might be overwhelmed) we made our way to the window to place our order. The lady taking the orders was as nice as could be, answering any questions we had. It was not long until we got our food, I got the Hubcap Decker & my wife got the Hangover burger but we split them between both of us so we could get a taste of multiple menu items. We also split an order of fries. I want to warn ya, these burgers are HUGE!!! I am not just saying that about the one I ordered, which had two patties on it, both were very large. If you have a hearty appetite you will not be disappointed stopping here. Both of our burgers were outstanding, the best we have ever head. Every bite was packed with so much flavor. The patty itself tastes like no other burger you have had. It whoops you right in the gut with flavor from first bite & keeps it up until it is all gone. All the toppings are fresh & taste. Their fries, which are twice fried are some of the best I have ever had. I know you are saying how frying they twice could make that much of a difference, I don’t know but it does. Take it from a man who has eaten more than his fair share of burgers in his life, the Hubcap Grill does it better than any place you will find not only here in Houston but any place at least that I have been. Make you way out there but remember to bring your appetite, you’re gonna need it.

I ordered over the phone and it was ready in about 10 minutes. They were friendly and fast. Burgers and fries are great! I added some pictures to show you what it looks like as soon as I got home and opened the box. I ordered the Jalapeno cheeseburger and the Buffalo fries.

Discovered this jewel near our house in Houston, TX. The place is literally a hole in the wall, but greatness awaits beyond that wall!!! My family enjoyed the original selection of sodas, the burgers are incredibly crafted, and honor their names on the menu! The loaded fries are AMAZING, and the service was kind and fast! Overall, it is a great place to enjoy a good, filling, full of flavor, juicy burger!

One of my absolute favorite places in this city to get a bacon cheeseburger. I don't get to come here often so when I do I go for the double bacon cheeseburger with everything and jalapeños. Sometimes I'll go with no garnish and add a fried egg. When I worked in midtown I would go to their original location. Juicy meaty cheeseburgers you'll find here.

This to me is like a hidden treasure. I had been looking to go here for quite some time and finally made it. The burgers are some of the best in town. Full of flavor on a great tasting bun. The fries are awesome and the atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. But, even if you come hungry you might not be able to finish some of their burgers. I'll most definitely be back for round 3 soon and highly recommend Hubcap Grill.

Let me start off with I don’t typically eat beef but hubcap was on our list of places to try. I decided to go with the guacamole burger with cheddar cheese and cheese fries. I wasn’t expecting for the burger to be so huge! That’s first bite was magical no joke! So juicy and seasoned well. The guacamole was really good and the perfect consistency for a burger. The cheese fries were good but I think I’ll stick with the sweet potato fries next time. For a family of four we spent just under $70. I would definitely return
