We are Olive Garden connoisseurs and in love with this location. We recently moved from Austin to Houston and tried out this branch and lemme tell you the service and the food is so much better than our Austin locations. The soup actually has contents in it and the salad to share has a normal amount of toppings. Service was friendly but not claustrophobic and although the tables and chairs looked old the store itself was pretty clean. We’ll definitely be back!!
I'm giving 5 Stars because this location has ALWAYS been 5 Stars. Last week, we went for a friend's birthday & our server was not good at her job. I wasn't going to complain until she put her hand in my drink.
Management was awesome & took care of the situation. The manager also brought me another drink without a hand dip.
I 100% recommend this location.
Went today to celebrate my grandma’s birthday around 7 pm and had a great time ! VERY VERY POSITIVE & NICE MANAGERS as well as our SERVER!!! 10/10 recommend everything was so nice & welcoming will be coming back enjoy everything and the food was very yummy & fresh !
Had a good time hear with my son and my date. We both enjoyed the food and our waiter was really nice as well as very attentive. Our food came out quickly and everything fresh. Definitely will be back if I'm ever in the area.
We stopped there for an early dinner and it was fantastic. The ambience was great, service was first class and the food was delicious. The staff was very accommodating to us as I walk with a walker and my husband is visually impaired. They even had a menu in braille. Our waiter was very helpful in his recommendations and always checking on us to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend this location!!!

Order to go with one family sized spaghetti, meat sauce and meatballs platter and a customized shrimp alfredo was requested for pickup. All items received (no salad/soup choice for platters, just entrees??) and were delicious. Thanks to The Old Spanish Trail team of Jakalia, and managers Crystal, Jasmine, and Tara for their attention to detail 👍.
August 2023: Shrimp Alfredo w/salad phone request for curbside pickup became a to-go inside retrieval - upon arrival they couldn't locate the order 🤔. At least the food was freshly prepared with extra breadsticks with butter only. While waiting inside I admired the restaurant foyer near the To-Go station. Photos provided of the rennovated interior - the food was immediately given to Mom upon arriving home 😅.
December 3, 2023: Party of two enjoyed dining at the OST/S. Main Olive Garden location. We tried the shrimp fritto misto appetizer: shrimp and sliced bell peppers that were lightly breaded/seasoned. We will definitely order that again (and provide a photo!). The margarita ordered by a family member was different than those previously prepared; it tasted like it had fruit juice in it. They will be more specific with their request next time 😅.
Our entrees were shrimp alfredo modified with spinach and broccoli and spaghetti with marinara and two grilled Italian sausage links. The portions were reasonable (the request for additional marinara and alfredo sauce was provided), and prior to our departure I requested a take home spaghetti with meat sauce entree. We thanked the manager as he promptly provided the request and left. This Olive Garden is ready to accommodate dine in and to-go orders this holiday.

10/10 Experience from food & drinks to service! Our Server Sam was amazing, friendly, and accommodating. She made our drinks PERFECTLY! We tried the never ending pastas and they were all delicious, especially the meatballs with the 3 cheese marinara sauce.
We will definitely visit again.

While the food was enjoyable, it fell within the realm of average, lacking some standout flavors.
Nonetheless, the overall dining experience was pleasant, making it a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable meal with reliable service.
WE LOVE SOWAN!! Best waiter ever and deserves all the tips. That man goes above and beyond. We were very impressed as a family of 6. Very tentative and accommodating.

As always when you're here your family. With the great customer service and amazing food who would not want to be family. As always I love their endless breadsticks and soup. I would also recommend the family favorite chicken alfredo. Don't forget to save room for dessert with all the great deserts they have always delicious.
I tried the Shrimp Alfredo pasta which was so delicious that I want to give it 5/5 , also liked the complimentary salad ,
but I didn’t like the atmosphere that much as it was noisy and humid.
This is a wonderful location of Olive Garden. The food was great but more importantly, the staff were very friendly shout out to the manager who was able to correct my to-go order in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much.

Got some food to go but had a couple soups missing.. it was a little busy so I understand the mistake heheh Steven/Stephen took care of it over the phone and was able to refund the soups for me. Real one tbh y’all ask for Steven/Stephen if you come here
