Review The Path Of Tea - Houston

A zen herbal tea experience! The menu has a lot to choose from, so definitely ask for a recommendation if you're feeling a bit overwhelmed! They have tea that tastes amazing and herbal blends for all kinds of health needs. You get a pot to share and you get to choose which cup you'd like to drink from for that added personal and unique touch. Bring a friend and have some tea for a relaxing outing at The Path of Tea!

So cute teahouse, this place has been here for 17 years! I love all tea collection, my go-to is always Pu-er or Rooibos or Matcha. Large pot is $7.5, matcha cookie is yummy and not sweet at all. I also bought matcha home ☺️☺️ everyone is friendly and attentive, the vibe in the shop is peaceful and a little zen. Great for afternoon tea, I will be back for sure!

I recently visited this charming tea house, and it was an oasis of tranquility. The simplistic decor created a calming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The staff here were not only helpful but also incredibly friendly. They guided me through their impressive tea selection with a genuine smile, making my experience all the more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a serene escape with delightful tea and warm service, this tea house is the perfect spot.

I’ve gotten teas here before but I was really glad to have a sit down experience. The teas are all organic, the environment is really calm, and the owner and attendant were super polite. I got the golden yunnan black tea and the passion fruit and relaxation combination. The teas are moderately priced and I appreciated that they didn’t inflate their prices since I came to know of them 2 years ago. If you’re visiting or a native Houstonian, this is one those hidden gems I HIGHLY recommend.

If you’re a fan of tea and chill vibes, I highly recommend Path of Tea! They have a giant menu of teas to choose from, but my favorite already is the iced matcha. It’s a great place to hang/ study/ get some work done. The only thing to watch out for is, there isn’t much seating. We didn’t have issues, but beware. Parking was also not an issue for us.

I came across The Path of Tea by accident, and what a surprise it was. The first thing I must say is this place is NOT a place I would suggest you go with friends when you want to talk, laugh, joke, and catch up! This is a place where you can sit in peace and quiet throughout your busy working day. (Yes, of course, you can go with people I did, BUT it's just so quiet people were not talking very much, and when they did, it was a whisper.) The setting is so calm you could meditate for a few minutes with a yummy cup of tea and then carry on your day. I had no idea it would be as quiet as it was, so when I walked in, I was a little embarrassed because I opened the door laughing loudly at my friend and realized no one was talking! (Opps) The setting is beautiful, with great staff and a kind owner, and I will be back again to enjoy another flavorful cup of tea next time I am in town. #6+MillionViews

The place was great and the lady I talked to walked me through everything I wanted to know about different teas around the world. I got one bag of each of the four primary types and have enjoyed them all. Each bag even tells you how long to steep them. I may go back and get me a good tea set or potentially go and have tea with friends. This place has definitely met and exceeded my expectations when I comes to learning about loose tea and learning how to enjoy them best.

The cutest place with the most relaxing atmosphere. They’re so knowledgeable about teas for every type of request and I love the glass teapots they use! They even let you pick your cup and it’s a mini cup, which is the best. Would HIGHLY recommend! They also have plenty of parking, which is a huge plus.

Our lunches were promptly prepared and delivered from the sandwich shop next door. Fabulous aromatic pots of teas and healthy fare delivered by the neighboring sandwich shop! Love this quiet gem!!

This place is small, but packs a wallop with how many organic teas they have! They have a display with small containers that you can open and smell - they are numbered to match a laminated "menu" of teas so that it is easy to select what you want to purchase. You can sit and enjoy a pot of tea, as well. Great place! Very pleasant service.

Beautiful little tea shop with tables to stay for awhile and enjoy your tea. Very very good selection!! I was looking for an organic tea shop, and this is the place to go if you live in Houston, OR order from online no matter where you live!!! Try their tea and you will be hooked! Enjoy!

Organic tea and the sweetest company make this tea shop my favorite place to be. I am a green tea lover and I've never found any tea as delicious as the tea of Path of Tea. I recommend Dragon Jasmine Pearls (Chinese green tea that smells and tastes like heavily nectar-I even drink it before meditation because it has soothing and heart-expanding qualities...and Sakuracha (Japanese green tea with cherry blossoms) for a rich flavor with the lightness of the cherry blossoms. Fabulous organic tea!

Found this place today, went in smelled some delicious leaves, friendly staff and scrumptious teas! We walked out with 2 big to go Oolong Coconut tea and a decent sized bag of loose leaf tea all for around $20! We will certainly be back!

I have never been introduced to the art of Tea blending and brewing before. I was very impressed with all the knowledge shared, the presentation and how delicious the black tea was they helped me decide on. Would highly recommend the experience.

F irst of all I would like to say that I have never had an issue at the path of tea before. With that said I bought 2oz of the organic high cloud and when I got home I noticed a very large amount of stems I had never experienced there or anywhere else when buying this type of oolong. Because it was so much I decided to weight the tea and the stems seperatly. The high cloud weighed only 1.3oz and the stems weight a little more than .2 oz. So it was not even 2oz, and a decent portion was stems. I just hope that there are better practices with the higher costing teas since this is an expensive treat for me and others and that I paid for 2oz.

Small, very busy and a little noisy when I was there, but nice staff. There was a great selection of teas, and tea related products. I am a darjeeling snob, and theirs was very good. I also enjoyed the lemon var and almond flour cookie. We bought several teas to bring home with us. I hope to return soon.

My experiences here have been wonderful. The environment is soothing and friendly, and I enjoy speaking with the tea experts for recommendations. According to the website, The Path of Tea is the only "totally organic tea shop in Houston."
