Wow! If you’re looking for authentic food, great quality and large portions this is definitely the restaurant for you. The staff is so friendly. The owner is very kind and the food is amazing. I recently just found this restaurant, a friend took me here. I’m sad. I haven’t found it sooner. Definitely coming back. Yum!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Garson and it was a fantastic and authentic experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by our server, Sam, who was incredibly hospitable and nice. Throughout the meal, Sam was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was very elegant and refined, with a tasteful decor that added to the overall experience. The restaurant had a sophisticated vibe without feeling stuffy, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion or a nice evening out.
The bread was made fresh and served hot out of the oven, which was a nice touch. The tea was also freshly brewed and tasted fantastic. The baklava was also fresh from Turkey.
Lastly, I want to mention that the bathrooms were impeccably clean, which is always a sign of a well-maintained restaurant.
Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant. The combination of amazing food, great service from Sam, and a beautiful atmosphere made for a truly memorable meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

A 5-star experience! This Persian restaurant transported me to Iran with its authentic ambiance. The dishes were exquisite, especially the tender kebabs and saffron rice. The staff's warm hospitality made it even better. Don't miss their teas and desserts. A must-visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place for Business luncheon and dinner. Food is good. Ambiance of the place great. Servers are knowledgeable and non-intrusive. Nice selection for vegetarians as well as non- vegetarian along with low calorie items on menu.
The quail dish is nice and juicy.
Lots of space for parking in the back. The outdoor space has a fountain and great place to enjoy meal on a cool evening.

I was pleasantly surprised with the food here! I loved the chicken dip with the homemade bread as the appetizer!!!! We also got kebabs that were superb. I would come here again for sure.

My friends took me to Garson for a late lunch and the food was awesome!!! I ordered the lamb chops with mixed rice, it was all delicious!!! Our host Aamir was awesome and very friendly and our waiter was Julian and he also was very friendly and awesome!!! I'm looking forward to coming back with family really soon!!! The restaurant itself was very clean awesome service and the staff very friendly!!! You can't go wrong having lunch or dinner at Garson Persian Restaurant!!!

Nice neat and clean restaurant. Good ambiance, great food and excellent service. Prices are very reasonable. It's one of the oldest Persian restaurants in SW Houston. It's a must visit place.

Absolutely love this place! Very attentive to detail and that's what separates good restaurants from other places. Been eating here whenever I can for a few years now. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is always pleasant, take my business meetings and clients to Garson all the time and they end up to going back for good food always. If you are in town looking for an Iranian restaurant I highly recommend it!

Where do I begin... well, in the mid 90's I lived in Houston and loved it!
I happened upon Garson restaurant and was amazed by the atmosphere and the cuisine is unbelievably delicious. It was (and still is) one of my top restaurants in Houston!
The service is spot on with just the right amount of attention and always cordial and polite.
The feta, basil and bread is delectable.
EVERYTHING I have ever ordered I have LOVED.
I return to Houston once or twice a year and I have always dined at Garson and I always will.
Well done, Garson restaurant! You have won this Dallas guy as a lifetime customer!

Every chance I get I visit my favorite restaurant people, food and atmosphere.
I love the snapper and the appetizers of basil, feta and the most wonderful bread.
The pistachio ice cream and Turkish coffe is the bow on the package!

The restaurant’s vibe, ambience and foods are great. I’ve been here hundreds of times. Mrs. Miri, the manager, is amazing lady and you can always feel her positive energy. My best memory from Garson, is New Year Eve 2019. One of my best drunk nights. I was looking at fire works, drinking my tequila, having my koobideh, being around my loved ones and I was feeling life is gooood. My favorite dish here is Yadi’s favorite (Yadi was the founder of Garson). I post my picture. If you enjoy sourness, try it once. It is different, full of layers and rich taste. Btw Garson means waiter in french & Persian !

Average food horrible service. Lying seems to come very natural to the staff. It was a cold freezing day and the temperature inside was cold. We asked to see if they could adjust the heat a little bit. The manageress claimed both their heaters were on.
On our way out we noticed the reading on the thermostat! It was 63 degrees and the heater was OFF. Once she was told about the thermostat reading on wall she then claimed their heating system was down! And I suppose once she realized she was caught in a lie she followed up with this BS, “ this is not like you are in your house... you are in a restaurant and temperatures are cold ”...!
They also serve thawed desserts straight from the freezer with their “semi-warm” tea!

First off, for those who crave Persian food the quality was very average. What started my review rant was the moment I stepped inside the completely empty restaurant. The waiter greeted us and asked us how many people were going to dine with them tonight. I replied with “10 people”. The surprised look I got was scary and then she asked “you didn’t make a reservation?” I mean I didn’t know what else to do, I scanned the completely empty dining room and asked if all the empty tables were taken? I decided to let that go.
Next the Freeze. Apparently the heaters were not working tonight. We had asked them twice to turn up the heat if at all possible and the response was that the manager is taking care of it.
To top the frozen environment they served us desserts straight from the freezer. For those who know your Persian cuisine we are talking about zooloobia. I mean I’ve never had a frozen erosion in my life.
Finally when we went to pay, my wife noticed that the thermostats were turned off asked the manager about the cold again and the turned off thermostats the manager replied with... “well your not in a home, you are at a restaurant”. I mean WOW, never had a so called manager insult a paying guests. Who ever owns this establishment better get the staff and management trained or retrained. I would give this place a zero.
